Top 5 Warped Cigars
Warped Cigars is a brand with a mission dedicated to concocting unique blends of the finest quality. The brand was founded in 2007 by Kyle Gellis. Gellis’ love for cigars was an inherited passion from his father. After having his first cigar by the age of 16, Gellis would start his own Cigar business 2 years later.
While studying at the University of Central Florida, Gellis came across the El Titan De Bronze factory searching for a good partner. From there, he needed to look no further because he had used the Titan de Bronze factory as his primary producer for Warped Cigars. This system that Gellis put in place has established him as one of the youngest brand owners in the Cigar Industry.
To commemorate the success of Kyle Gellis’ brand, we’ve organized a list of our Top 5 Warped Cigars.

The First Cigar on our list today, the Warped Nicotina, is a blend that comes from the Aganorsa Leaf Factory in Nicaragua. The name “Nicotina” originates from an old Cuban brand from the late 1800s. After releasing this Cigar blend in January 2022, the Warped Nicotina proved to be a hit within the market.
The Warped Cigars brand typically makes cigars within the medium-bodied strength, but Gellis pays homage to the Nicotina by going all out with a full-bodied blend. Just by looking at the band of this cigar, the Cuban influence is quite apparent.
The Warped Nicotina is accompanied by flavor notes consisting of heavy malt, black pepper, caramel, nutty, creamy, cedar, and milk chocolate.
This cigar comes in only one size, the Box Pressed Bellicoso which comes in a pack of 25

Warped Eagle's Descent

Next on the list from the Warped Cigar Brand, is the Eagle’s Descent. In 2019, this cigar made its retailer debut at the exclusive R. Field Wine Co. in Honolulu Hawaii. This blend was manufactured in Aganorsa’s Tabacos Valle de Jalapa S.A. factory in Esteli Nicaragua. Kyle Gellis decided to go with another full-bodied strength for this cigar to cater to some of the more seasoned cigar enthusiasts.
Similar to the Warped Nicotina, the Eagles Descent is also a Nicaraguan Puro which has a reputation for tasty flavor notes. These flavor notes mainly consist of spice, oak, bread, brown sugar, and white pepper.
The Warped Eagle’s Descent comes in the Toro size in a pack of 25.

Warped Maestro del Tiempo

Next up is another Nicaraguan Puro, the Maestro del Tiempo. This Cigar was released in 2016 and manufactured at the Tabacos Valle de Jalapa S.A. factory. This blend was made exclusively with Aganorsa tobacco as well!
The Phrase “Maestro del Tiempo” translates to “Master of Time”. Kyle Gellis explained that he went with this name to pay homage to the patience that it requires to blend and produce a cigar. Like many things in life, good things take time to happen, and this cigar is a perfect example of that concept. It took around 18 months of consistent work on this blend before Gellis was satisfied with the end result.
Since this is another Nicaraguan Puro, you could expect the flavor notes to be on the tasty & earthy side. The Maestro del Tiempo has flavor notes of nuts, grass, pine, red pepper, and leather.
The Warped Maestro Del Tiempo is available in 2 sizes in packs of 25

Warped Futuro Selección 109

Moving on, we have another exquisite blend known as the Futuro Seleccion 109. This Cigar is a collaboration between Warped Cigars and Casa Fernandez and debuted at the PCA trade show in 2015. Just like the Eagle’s Descent and Maestro del Tiempo, this blend was concocted at the Tabacos Valle de Jalapa S.A. factory in Nicaragua.
Max Fernandez and Kyle Gellis strived to make a premium cigar with outstanding attention to detail and quality. This cigar is unique and stands out when you compare it to other blends within Gellis’ and Casa Fernandez’s portfolio of cigars.
The Futuro Seleccion comes with flavor notes of cinnamon, earth, nuts, milk chocolate, almonds, and nuts. Your palate will experience multiple transitions in flavor as you make your way to the final third of the cigar.
The Warped Futuro Selection 109 is available in 2 sizes in boxes of 20.

Warped La Hacienda

The last notable cigar we have for our top 5 list is none other than La Hacienda from Warped Cigars. La Hacienda translates to “The Estate” and is also an old Cuban brand from 1870. As exhibited through the previously mentioned Nicotina, Gellis enjoys paying homage to the brands that came before him. This cigar was also manufactured in 2021 at the Tabacos Valle de Jalapa S.A. factory.
La Hacienda has a unique flavor profile that is said to have been inspired by a pasta dish that Gellis had in New York City. There are notes of citrus, nuts, and spice. Although this may sound atypical, that’s exactly the kind of eccentric individuality that he was going for with this newer blend.
One thing Kyle Gellis prides his entire brand on is standing out while exhibiting premium quality to create an unforgettable cigar experience. These cigars could be enjoyed by any cigar enthusiast with an open-minded flavor palate.
