Robusto Always enjoy the R&J line! This is a nice mellow bodied stick. Have had 7 of them or so. Spices and leather on the flavor. Consistent draw but has to be lit several times when you're at the halfway point. Kind of annoying. 4 5 1
Robusto I love almost everything aj. Has that tangy tobacco fermented taste to all of his blends. This one has a little extr kick. Definitely worth a try. 5 5 1
Robusto This cigar has a tight roll burns very evenly. the nutty flavor is a dlight and makes it a great after dinner smoke. 5 5 1

Robusto I was curious what these would taste like with its unusal blend. R&J make excellent cigars in all areas and I particularly like the Reserve line Robusto. These AJ line taste a lot like those. Leather doughy notes at first and a little spice around midway. These have just enough complexity to be interesting. I have had all three AJ blends the Monte R&J and the Hoyo all in the short size and for my money the Hoyos are the best so I am on my second box of the Hoyos. For about $4 each they are a steal. 5 5 1

Robusto They have a good flavor, but they consistently get the best of me before I'm half done with the stick. I don't prefer to smoke something that makes me a little dizzy. I smoke 1-2 cigars a day, so it's not a tolerance issue. These rascals are just a little stout for me. 3 5 1

Robusto This is a very good cigar with an easy draw, well constructed as it burns even and has a nice clean ash. I consider this a medium body smoke. So far all AJ Fernandez cigars I have smoked are very good. 4 5 1

Robusto I'm not a huge fan of Romeo Y Juliet's cigars but I did enjoy this one. I had it with a cold beer (lager) but feel it would have paired much better with my favorite rye or bourbon. 3 5 1

Robusto If you have a well cured and maintained humidor, this stick dramatically gets better with time. I find that if you allow these sticks to rest several months in a cedar humidor out of the cello, it becomes an absolute diamond in the rough. Great experience 4 5 1
Robusto Good RyJ by AF.Burns well..Solid build,Goes from medium to full flavor.Some transition and complexity.Long white ash.Has flavors of coffee,leather,coco,cedar and pepper. Has a oily wrapper with a creamy full flavor Finnish.I got 2 of these in a sampler and bought a Box.Stellar smoke to the nub!... 5 5 1
Robusto When these arrived I didn't like them at all. After a month of humidor time they are much better. Taste is sweet, spicy and slightly earthy. Would buy again. 4 5 1

Robusto Having smoked at least half of the cigars AJ is known to have a hand in, this falls into my top 3. The robby is my usual choice. Always smooth, medium to full flavor. It isn’t super complex, but done well enough that it doesn’t matter in this case. Robusto After a month of curing, I had a high hope. Sadly, it was a pure pepper nuclear bomb. My nose was burning and my eyes watering. After aging for ONE FuLL Year, I tried again, it wasn't an atomtic pepper bomb but only flavor I could discern was still pure pepper. However, the box looks beautiful and the construction was top notch. 1 5 1

Robusto Been smoking cigars for 30 years. This batch gives me the craziest migraines ever. About 12-24 hours after get a terrible headache with aura's even. I never get migraines. I don't know what they spayed on these but it doesn't like me one bit. Too bad, they are tasty. 1 5 1

Robusto This has been my go to for the last 2 weeks i really enjoy the smoke time . the flavor varies from one cigar to another, sightly , yet it is noticeable. In particular the tobacco sweetness might be less and sometimes greater . Still a really good well made cigar.I seem the like AJ Fernandez's product.They are always on my radar when I look for a deal at JR Cigars. I like to V- cut these, as the warm smoke seems to carry flavor better with this cut.They delivered Best way and you can't ask for a better way to get your smokes.Never leave the house . Great flavor that unravels in every puff. I found it to be a great morning smoke to warm me up for my daily full bodied smokes. Robusto This is a beautiful cigar! It draws and smokes well throughout. It can sometimes be a little dry, but I still purchase them regularly. It is good with coffee or scotch. Take your pick. 5 5 1

Robusto This may be more of a review on shipping and handling than the cigar itself. When I lit the first one the center of the stick burnt in about a centimeter while the wrapper barely caught fire. There was a hole running through the middle as I got further in. That makes more of an impact toward construction than handling, so you be the judge. Hopefully the rest burn better after I age them a bit. Got some RP 1999 in the same shipment and they burned very well….. 3 5 1
Robusto I got these in a sample pack > tried it with some bourbon . nice smooth full cigar . Had one with my Morning Coffee the other day . I found out it was an amazing combo the, rich pepper taste was great with my coffee . real consistent Cigar will defiantly order again 4 5 1
