Missile Rocky Patels The Edge Maduro Torpedo: I won an auction for ten of these cigars two plus months ago at $2.75 a stick I thought I did well. I smoked one when they arrived three days later and found it lacking in flavor. I put the rest in my Aging Humidor to rest for a couple of months hoping that would improve the taste. I pulled one out yesterday I used a v cutter and lit the cigar the flavor was just as bad as the first one I smoked. I found none of the Spice Leather Ceder Oak or Coffee that others find. The cigar was bitter and harsh it’s supposed to be full bodied so strong was the point of the Edge. However the lack of any redeeming taste was not. The construction was ruff the wrapper leaf was vanie and overly stippled. The draw was okay and color was awesome. Burn wise it sucked it burned uneven and tunneled in the first quarter. I had to relight it three times in the first quarter and it was unsmokeable at that point. What a let down I’ve smoked for over twenty years and I smoked the Edge when it first came out. It’s my hope that these ten are a Fluke and that it hasn’t suffered the same end as the Gurkha cigar line has in the last few years!!! 2 5 1
Missile This was one of the more interesting Rocky Patel's that I have smoked but I greatly enjoyed it. It has a medium full flavor with hints of peppery spice and a smooth draw. Very tasteful 5 5 1

Missile First of all let me say that Rocky Patel cigars are by far my favorite. This one has a great flavor and is on the high end of medium maybe on the low end of full. The smoke lasted quite a while. I would recommend this one to anyone that likes a medium full cigar. 5 5 1
Missile wasn't expecting this little 5'er to be much but it was surprisingly good. Full flavored and one of the best finishes I've had in a smoke... smooth mild tastes reminiscent of the smells of a stocked humidor. 4 5 1
Missile The edge is a pretty decent smoke. Prelight draw has a nice tobacco flavor with some leather undertones and a bit of nutty profile. First third: lights up nicely and has a bit of a white pepper on the draw at first. Nice smoke. Smooth but not fully creamy. Second third: strength kicks up a bit and the nutiness begins to pick up a bit. Has a little bit of a coffee profile at the back end of a draw. Overall pretty pleasant. Final third: finishes nicely. A bit more of the same. Heats up a bit too much for me to nub it usually but that may just be my puffing being too rapid. Overall a decent smoke. Worth picking up a few at the right price. An enjoyable experience. 3 5 1

Missile Very oily wrapper. Smooth dark chocolate and espresso notes. Which turned to mocha with a touch of sweetness. Mid halfway it became earthy and nutty and topped off with an earthy woody notes with a nice spice at the end. Let this one sit a little iver a year and was well worth the wait 4 5 1
Missile I usually don't buy into all the hype about something. The way people talk about Rocky Patel you'd think he was a god. Well in here to tell you those people may be correct lol. I've now tried 6 different Patel's and have yet to be disappointed. This cigar is very enjoyable from start to finish. Cedar spice slightly creamy and VERY smooth. This is about right for its price point so I have no issues buying a box and offering them to friends. I'm now convinced you can't go wrong with any of this guys cigars! 5 5 1
