Gran Robusto It's bad since JR never shipped the order (#10200674). It's bad because I want to smoke the cigar but in reality, I don't have it. JR think that they have a customer service but it's probably a broken computer no one bothers to boot. If you call the customer service, someone will acknowledge the problem but is too lazy to act and probably yawns and forgets about it. 1 5 1

Gran Robusto Most RP cigars that I have had are amazing. Bought these on sale. Now I know why they were on sale. Flavor is good, construction is iffy and the burn is, well, lets just say that you will need your lighter around to keep these straight. Have yet to have one burn evenly. Draw on most is ok, but a few were pitched in the burn pile. Probably won't go down this road again. 3 5 1
