Robusto Consistency is this cigar’s hallmark. Great draw, always the same, and consistently good flavor and good construction. At $29.95 per bundle, it’s a great go-to for everyday pleasure and a consistently good smoke. 5 5 1
Robusto The medium-full bodied flavor is as described, but with a somewhat bitter aftertaste. The black cherry flavor is sweet, quite prevalent, & undoubtedly an infusion. Decent construction, draw, & consistency; although the burn requires frequent touch-up. The white/dark gray ash is relatively firm & somewhat disheveled. The cigar's highlight is the dark brown & oily, Ecuadoran Maduro wrapper, which has a fine toothiness and is nicely finished. Overall, a good cigar for the price - especially when bought on sale or auction. 4 5 1
