Robusto Smooth yet flavorful great draw yet solid. This is a top 5 smoke for me. It has everything from the notes of cedar nuts and leather to the creamy finish and solid construction. Great any time of day. I even prefer them to the Monte Red. Not just a great cigar for the price it is a great cigar. 5 5 1
Robusto I won 10 of these on a classic auction I've bought a couple of packs of PDR's in Moduro and loved them. These sticks are far too mild for me. I give them away to my friends that enjoy mild smokes and they seem to enjoy them. 4 5 1
Robusto I don't normally smoke mild cigars like this PDR 1878 Robusto with the Conn. Shade wrapper (I know JR has it as Medium) but they had a great deal for members and I needed to have some mild cigars on hand for friends. I lit up one when I only had about 20 minutes and didn't want to waste one of my favorites - but WOW did this smoke surprise me! Really nice taste and excellent construction. I've since smoked 3 and they are all great and consistent sticks. Even my wife said that sure smells better than most of your cigars and she likes cigar aroma too! Just goes to show you JR doesn't have too many inferior products on this site. 4 5 1

Robusto Wrapper was a tad crunchy and I felt it was bland. Took a little work to keep going and burned uneven with brown and grey ash. 3 5 1
Robusto Tastes much like a Montecristo only richer and more robust. Sweet spice a slight earthy touch perfect slow burn a medium body. An excellent smoke for any time of day. 4 5 1

Robusto Bought these as a gift but did get to enjoy (the benefits of cigars as gifts!). Good overall cigar, well made, good draw and flavor. Not often discounted but still worth the price. 4 5 1
