Padron 1964 Anniversary Series Maduro Sampler I bought 4 of this sampler and i recieved them and 7 of the 20 had busted wrappers I decided to light one up and i have smoked many padron's and i must say this cigar was so dry it fell apart I called JR customer service and they said i could send them back but i bought the last 4 boxes they had so they said they would give me a 10% discount on my next purchase and free shipping what does that do for me? NOTHING I'm stuck with a bunch of dry nasty cigars @ $95.00 each box X 4 and the boxes look like a truck ran over them I won't be buying anymore of these and may not buy from JR anymore bottom line these cigars were a bust and nasty 2 5 1

Understanding there could be many reasons for this delay, there could also be some communication from JR about problems with this order. Seems like you have forgotten about the order.
