Robusto An enjoyable smoke w/a lot of smoke. Very flavorful dark chocolate, iced black coffee w/light citrus taste and peppery. Very enjoyable and satisfying w/a dark maduro wrapper though my wrappers were on the dryer side and not oily as expected. I thought it was a very good smoke which was more toward a full flavor. 5 5 1
Robusto This guy is absolutely worth every penny. Smokes like a $10 cigar. The Indonesian binder really sets it apart from the "norm" of Drew Estate 5 5 1
Robusto No complaints. Very good smoke and enjoyable; hasn't let me down. Wish it was lesser in cost for an every day smoke but it is a good cigar. 5 5 1
Robusto Love everything about it!! 5 5 1
Robusto Great bold cigar 5 5 1
Robusto The 1st cigar was harsh I can only hope it's just a bad one if not I will throw the box away. That's how bad this smoke was shocked drew estate try to pass it on to there customers 1 5 1
Robusto Considering that this cigar is made by Drew Estate for JR Cigar it comes as no surprise that this cigar is a Home Run! From beginning to end, this cigar provides love. Do not hesitate on buying this cigar! Everything about it is perfect. The construction, burn, draw and taste are magnificent! 5 5 1
Robusto Smoked 2 of the 5 pack I ordered. Burn and draw were good. Burn was actually really sharp and slow. The flavor was not my taste and surprised this is a Drew Estates cigar, since I smoke a considerable amount of their other lines. If you like harsh, hot, black pepper, you might enjoy this cigar. I’ll return and update after I smoke the other 3 I have. 2 5 1
Robusto Had 3 of these. Good DE construction but really harsh on the palate. If you like straight black pepper, it might be for you. If you do not, don’t waste your time or money on this one. 2 5 1
Robusto Tastes like a cold brew coffee...on the medium side...earthy and smooth. 4 5 1
Robusto Would have been better if these were fresh - they arrived already very dry so I will not be buying them again. Literally crumbled in my mouth. I had to let them restore in my humidor for a week and they got a ;little better. 4 5 1
Robusto I was in such a rush to smoke my cigar the moment I lit it I knew it was a disappointment. Never had a problem before a Nicaraguan Dominican it's probably Indonesian binder. Just a horrible taste. Felt like I was smoking paper no bodyj hi to the cigar whatsoever 2 5 1
Robusto I got one of these in a sampler pack its slightly stronger than what I usually smoke but not overpowering.Razor burn, white long ash, easy draw, outstanding flavors, and lots of smoke. Another winner by Drew Estate. A must try. 5 5 1
Robusto most were uneven burn 2 5 1
Robusto Disappointed, first smoke I have received from Drew Estate that I can honestly say that I will not be purchasing again 3 5 1
Robusto Great flavor 5 5 1
Robusto Construction Fine. Smoke Fine. Second half too spicy 3 5 1
Robusto I just smoked the last of a box I bought... sooo dark, the wrapper and smoke toasty and delicious, deeper and deeper as you progress. Strong flavor though nary a nicotine buzz, something about this cigar reminds me of some LFD sticks I used to smoke... Razor sharp burn, not too pricey, highly recommended!!! Excuse me while I go search for those LFDs... 4 5 1
Robusto If you’re on the fence about trying this one, watch Nick’s interview with Willy...and then get a couple 5-packs in different vitolas! In the end, you’ll find another Drew Estate that hits well above the price point. The toro extra took a little longer to settle in but, I didn’t let it acclimate as long as I should have. Now that I’ve had the toro extra and robusto, a box of the corona is on my short list for a daily smoke. 4 5 1
Robusto Surprisingly good. 5 5 1
Robusto Good stick! Great service, excellent packaging, just wish it was shipped fedex instead of USPS. 4 5 1
Robusto Got this in a sampler and really liked it. Great flavor, burn and construction. This will be a staple in my humidor. 5 5 1
Robusto I lied in my earlier review ( 01/21). I had two sticks left that were buried in one of my humidors, just smoked one and I’ll be damned if if it doesn’t taste like those old Espinosa La Zona cigars…lil’ bit of firecracker and cough medicine ( but I mean it as a compliment). Let these age a bit and you’ll find the blenders intent. Old school blend, under the radar that ROCKS 👍🏻😂👍🏻👏👏 5 5 1
Robusto A good cigar at a good price. Just wish I wouldn’t smoke em down so fast! 5 5 1
