Habano Torpedo Received them very dry -pieces flew everywhere when I cut the end. That's the only downside. They are a very good smoke - nice ash flavor and have a nice even burn. Would definitely recommend them and will purchase more in the future. 4 5 1

Yeah, they are overruns, but how is that an excuse. Call them 54 ring gauge, and if we get a 64, then its an upgrade. That way, we pay for what we get. 3 5 1

Habano Torpedo A very tasty cigar. The draw (1st third) is horrible. Then it loosens up and it was good. The construction of the 3 cigars I have smoked (so far) has been spotty. The wrapper on one of them fell apart after the 1st third. Other than that, it was fine. 3 5 1

Habano Torpedo This was an excellent cigar for the money. Good flavor draw and construction however not the cigar that was advertised. It was advertised as a 6.5 x 64 and what was received was a 6.5 x 52. I liked it so much I ordered 2 more bundles and this time I got 2 bundles of 4.5 x 52. I called to complain with customer service and was told that since those were overruns you could never count on the size. I will never unfortunately order an overrun again. I find it ridiculous that a company the size of JR could not figure out the size of a cigar and just send whatever they want. I would have rather they just say they were out and not just send what they have the most of that they are trying to get rid of. Customer service was nasty!!! I've been ordering from JR for at least 10 years and have been a member of the club for free shipping for at least the last 2 years. This is the first time I have had a problem with an order so forget the customer service. If I have another problem I will definitely not call. I don't need a lecture from someone telling me that's what you get for ordering a cheap cigar. Just skip the humiliation and send them back. 5 5 1

Habano Torpedo The reviews you read about mislabeling the ring gauge, inconsistent draw, construction quality and consistency, etc are absolutely true. But the flavor is solid, they burn well and in all these make an excellent daily smoke for the money. If I want to smoke but don't have the time to sit and really enjoy it, these are my go-to. Imperfections being what they are, I got my money's worth and I'll definitely reorder when I'm out. 4 5 1

Habano Torpedo If you can get the correct Cigar that you actually order, they are a very good every day cigar. They remind me of the Olivia MB Seconds that I can no longer get. The first time I ordered, I requested the 6 1/2 x 52. What I received was a Nub size cigar. I have never understood the concept behind that kind of cigar. To me it’s a Ripoff. Called JR and they replaced them for me with the correct size. Happy all the way around now! 4 5 1
