Toro My regular smoke is the Montecristo classics. I enjoy full bodied cigars but for the day-in and day-out I like the mellow/creamy flavor of regular Monties. I was surprised by this cigar. Nice flavor but nothing like the Montecristos I'm used to. Constructed well nice even burn and pleasant draw (used a v-cut). Much heavier smoke not much cream but a very prominent cocoa taste. I'd buy again but it's by no means going to replace the regular Montecristos for me. 4 5 1

Toro The Toro is my favorite size on this blend. The smoke is perfect. Thick chewy smoke which leaves an oil slick across the palate with just the right amount of spice cream buttered nut and earth flavors 4 5 1
Toro I was a little worried after the first one. Rolled too tight and I struggled throughout. Despite that the flavor still came through. I am smoking the second one now and the draw is too loose. However The flavor is dead on. I really like this smoke and hope it gets more consistent with its construction on future sticks. 3 5 1
Toro All and all a too cigar with true flavors and tones of leather and grass with a cranberry finish. It's a nice slow very slow burning cigar. 5 5 1

Toro The toro is my favorite size in this blend. The nice black pepper spice with a Nica powered blend is no joke. This cigar is a must try in my book. Dark coffee and caramel with some earth and leather mixed in 4 5 1
Toro Okay to be honest I find the Montecristo blend to be about as exciting as a mid-day nap so I'm definitely biased here. Plus AJF is my kind of guy. So in what amounts to only my opinion and if you agree with anyhing that I said above buy these (if you can afford them) and spread the wealth. This is one of those cigars that you will remember and always want more of. This cigar absolutely blew me away. 5 5 1

Toro I went to the big smoke 2017 and 2018 and met Frank S. Aj's right hand man + met with AJ again he is a great person I asked Frank about this cigar and he told me this cigar's tobacco is all aj's tobacco and this is just 1 more of his famous sticks and I have always had his legendary smokes in my cabinet humidor and this is a good cigar for sure !!! 4 5 1

Toro Wow! Got these as what I basically considered a “throw in” for buying a 5 pack of Monte Whites (my absolute favorite). Figured I was playing with house money here but dang this cigar was awesome! Smooth strong notes of caramel and cocoa! A great cigar! 5 5 1

Toro Draw was a little tight on this one at first but it opened up after a few when it got warmed up. After that perfect even burn and well balanced flavor. 4 5 1
Toro As with anything that I have tried that AJ has blended it is a very good cigar. The construction of the 2 that I have had so far has been absolutely perfect with a perfect draw and even burn down to the nub. Flavor though exceptional I still prefer most of the Diesel varieties over this blend. 5 5 1

Toro I love the cigar but JR didn't fulfill its promise when I ordered a box plus 5 free ones. I only got the box of 10. My targeted email did not say while supplies last. There was no note explaining why in the box. I will never order from them again. Cigar gets a 10 , JR gets a 0. 1 5 1

Toro The Tabacob Montecristo by Aj Fernadez is a fantastic creation especially for the cover sumatra ecuador and its Mexican wick, it is really delicious, I recommend that you keep it in a Spanish cedar humidor so that its spicy and aroma stand out, it is a splendid tobacco and superverb when he is more than 4 months old in his humidor 5 5 1

Toro I have found a lot of great cigars out there but in my opinion, this is one of the finest Medium-Full bodied cigars I have had to date. AJ Fernandez and Montecristo brought their "A games" constructing this one. With a fantastic wrap, great draw, consistent burn, and a thick, rich cocoa flavor smoke (to my palate) I find it's hard to go wrong burning one of these after lunch. The past few months Montecristo Crafted by AJ Fernandez has become my "go to" cigar in between trying new cigars. 5 5 1
Toro I purchased them on sale when they had a 2 for 1 boxes. I received them in 2 sizes. Both the Toro and the robusto. Both are equally great, but it takes a considerable time to smoke the large one. I will say that from the blend to the wraper it's first class. Construction is flawless as you would expect from a Monticristo. Very even burn, long ash, and a flavor that is nutty, leathery, yet not harsh, but with a spiciness that you will enjoy. 5 5 1

Toro I got three of these in a promo bonus for buying a box of some other Montes, so this is a cigar that I might not have tried on my own. I love the cigars I get like this; and this is one of the best. I smoked this bad boy right out of the delivery box. I got them yesterday and burned one last night, which I don't normally do; I usually let them sit in my humidor for a bit to make sure theyre just right. This was a perfect smoke as it arrived. The wrapper they chose to make this stick was perfect. It held together great, all the way down until I need a roach clip to finish it. I use a v cut because it preserves that rounded end that the guillotine cutter wastes and that allows the enjoyment of the surface flavors of the wrapper on your lips; that was well worth it on this cigar. The draw was perfect and this square pressed stogie burned perfectly even throughout. I didn't pick up on the licorice that is ion the description, but the espresso flavors were there along with a tobacco sweetness. The smell of the smoke in the air was really nice, and for being a dark wrapper cigar, it was actually full flavor without destroying the palate. Mine burned for a little over an hour and was tasty down to the end. I'm going to have to keep an eye out for the next special JR runs on these; I'm going to buy a box! 5 5 1

Toro This cigar is ridiculously good! Burned perfectly, lasted for over an hour and the flavor is amazing. I make little punches at work and it works perfectly for this kind of cigar. Toro Only but a few minutes in and I can say that it’s super peppery! Full strength so extremely strong compared to what we usually smoke. This I believe is a two hour cigar. After a half hour the pepper slows down and the burn is extremely smooth.
