Perdomo Reserve C Well let's see if this post makes it to someone in management and if it is posted. I ordered 2 bundles and this one one of the bundles. I was charged for 2 and shipping and then they shipped me only one. Someone scribbled on the packing slip something that meant out of stock but I couldn't understand what they wrote. No contact (email, text or phone) from JR was ever made to me saying that I was receiving only half of my order. I called and spoke to a rep who said sorry and nothing more. I brought up my concerns that the oder I recieved was not Ina zip lock bag and was on my porch in 95% weather and she said sorry again. I was never rude but I was frustrated. I asked if I was going to get the other bundle later and she said no, just order it again when we have stock. I brought up that I would be charged shipping again for that and that isn't right as I would then be paying double shipping for my two bundles. After a long wait she said she could put in notes saying to give me free shipping next time. I get about 7 or 8 emails a day from JR Cigar about promotions (which is ridiculous) but they can't send me a message saying my order isn't fulfilled before it arrives to my home. I didn't check my credit card to see if I was refunded yet or not. That may be my next review. Management - feel free to reach out to me on this. 1 5 1
Perdomo Reserve C I was contacted by JR the next day after my review. I did feel the person who contacted me did care and listened. That means quite a bit and she deserves credit for contacting me and allowing my review to stay up. I will try again to order from them when I need a couple of bundles of cigars. I still hate that I am getting 7 promotional emails a day from JR. I like getting promotions but that's overkill. One email a day with all the info would be much more acceptable. 4 5 1

Perdomo Reserve C I think I have found my perfect cigar for me. I love Perdomo cigars but they are just to expensive. These alternatives are a great replacement. Good even burn and draw. Real close to a Perdomo and a lot less expensive. 5 5 1

Perdomo Reserve C What a great smoke for the money. This thing smokes like a $8-$10 stick. Great construction, the draw is perfect, and lots of flavor for a medium blend. I think I’ve found what I need to kick Factory Smokes to the curb. 5 5 1

Perdomo Reserve C I enjoy this cigar only a daily basis. The only downside is you may occasionally get several in in a bundle that are rolled to tight and some that are too loose and burn up to fast. Otherwise they are a good value cigar. 4 5 1

Perdomo Reserve C Okay, so there I was in the JR cigar lounge and I had bought a single Perdomo Habano churchill and loved it!! Couldn't afford a whole box....no 5 packs available either so I gambled and bought a bundle of these alternatives hoping (but knowing that the blend probably wasn't the same) that I could replicate that euphoria experienced by the Perdomo Habanos. Well I was disappointed. This cigar was well made, great aroma but it smacked of a cedar wood like taste from start to finish even though no cedar tubing nor backboard was present in the packaging. My bad....live and learn...I will continue trying the JR alternatives as several are great. That's the reason I love the 5 packs. You don't invest too much plus you then find out what works for you...this stick didn't. 3 5 1
