Delicados Disappointing Quality, 7 to 8% on my last 2 orders cigars did not compare to the Cigars I purchased prior to the virus. Cigars are damaged first 1 to 2" wrapper and the burn is not consistent. This is the 2nd survey that I submitted. I have been purchasing Cigars from JR for over 10 years, your quality has deteriorated. The last 2 orders got my attention. I hope this survey will help to improve the quantity. Thank you Bob 2 5 1

Delicados For the past three orders I have received instead of the Panatel Delicados the Candela. When I called was told I ordered the Candela which I insisted I did not. Therefore instead of ordering online, I placed my order by phone. Specifically stating I wanted the natural wrapper, Panatel and NOT Candela. Well my order arrived today and again received Candela. Call them and get the same response send them back for a credit. the natural wrap Panatel RBDE is frequently out of stock. Feel like the company is doing a bait and switch with my order. 1 5 1
Delicados Too dry. Breaks in two if not careful removing wrapper. Burns too fast. 3 5 1
