Cabinet 01-40 Got just one in a sample pack of 5 different Upmann's. Got the sampler of 5 free with box purchase of 6x54 1844 Reserves. Upon removing the cello the wrapper began to unravel. By the time I was half way through the cigar looked like an exploding gag cigar. Perhaps that's the reason for gifting this sampler . Certainly not a promotion for future sales. 3 5 1

Cabinet 01-40 I was somewhat disappointed with this cigar . I usually smoke the H Upman vintage Cameroon. When I opened the package one of the cigars was damaged . the taste and the draw was not the same as the vintage . I will not re-order 1 5 1

Cabinet 01-40 A mild to medium cigar with an interesting flavor profile. H. Upmann (Dominican) cigars offer solid mid range quality at a modest cost this one is a favorite medium range smoke. Recommend a good cedar nap before enjoying. 4 5 1

Cabinet 01-40 The H. Upmann Connoisseur has been a favorite smoke of mine for a long time. It gets 5 stars across the ratings board because of its consistency. Love the flavor, the even burn and easy draw. I think it's a great medium strength cigar. 5 5 1

Cabinet 01-40 I am new to cigar smoking; trying a number of cigars to zero in on what I like. This cigar I first tried in the H.Upmann lovers pack and has been my bench mark. I welcome other suggestions but this has been the best smoke I have found in my quest. 5 5 1

Cabinet 01-40 I have always love Upmann. They produce some of the finest balanced cigars. This is a solid medium body cigar with great flavor. Perfect cigar for the golfer. I light one on the 6th tee and enjoy well into the back side. Great draw with an oily wrapper. I have never had one burn badly and they are a consistent product. If you have never smoked an Upmann this is the one to start with. 5 5 1

Cabinet 01-40 Just OK for me. The one I smoked had a very tight draw and burned very hot towards the end. I got it in a sampler which was fine for me, but I don't think I'd buy any quantity of it. 4 5 1

Cabinet 01-40 Was really looking forward to trying these, as I live in Canada, and had them shipped to a friend in Florida to bring back..along with some other cigars. Unfortunately, I was charged for them, but they weren’t in the box upon arrival. Thankfully, JR , reimbursed me for the missing items. 1 5 1

Cabinet 01-40 I'm not a connoisseur, but I've been smoking cigars for a long time, and I have tried these on several occasions, and I always find them to be very bad. The draw is poor, plugged, with no smoke. The taste is grassy, rough, unrefined, and leaves a bad aftertaste, assuming that you can even get any smoke out of the things. 1 5 1

Cabinet 01-40 I am notorious for not tasting all these flavors that people often refer to. I most often judge by craftsmanship. I can certainly tell the difference between tobaccos of different quality but the most I can tell in line of flavor are terms like "woodsy" or "creamy." That being said, I found this smoke to be quite flavorful. My stick did start to unravel halfway through, which is a very bad thing, but I'm reserving judegement of the construction until I try another. This one had an unusually long smoke time considering its average draw. 4 5 1
Cabinet 01-40 I purchased 5 of these. The first had a distinct and not unpleasant flavor but was so tight that it expanded and cracked all up halfway through. Today, the second tastes horrible and is so loose I have to reliant every 5 minutes. I've had supposedly much lower quality budget smokes that were far better. These are so bad I almost feel like demanding a refund even at the discount price I acquired them at. 1 5 1
Cabinet 01-40 This cigar is firmly wrapped; Its head is easily and cleanly cut. It burns slowly and evenly without much need for more than the occasional touch up. It does, however, require considerable time in the humidor for humidity equalization before the first one is smoked. I like to give it a full month. Otherwise, you run the risk of the wrapper splitting Smoke it at the right pace and you'll have a real flavor bomb.. 4 5 1
