Toro I dont know why but the quality of the sticks that come in this particular 5 pack seems to be higher than the same product out of a full box. I dont know what it is but when I get this same stick out of a box it just doesn't wow the senses in the same way it doesnt burn as sharp the wrapper color is not as rich looking and they just don't preform as well in general. So much so im getting leary about buying another full box. The smokes in this 5 pack seem like they they are aged better or put through more rigirous quality controll. I dont know why there is a difference but their is. This 5 pack is the way to go! 5 5 1

Toro The Rocky Patel Vintage 1990 Toro started with a blast of pepper I've grown use to this with many Rocky Patel cigars followed by hints of cocoa cedar and a rich tobacco. As I smoke I get coffee and leather followed by a peppery spice that carries to the end. Construction is flawless no burn or draw issues. 5 5 1

Toro Great mild-medium smoke that intensifies to a mid-full as it gets close to the last third. Burn was average needing a few touch ups from time to time. Perfect draw and consistent after two out of five cigars. Smoking time is at around 90 minutes at about one puff every 30 seconds pace and it stays quite cool even at the last third. Toro I will confess if I was given the choice to only be able to smoke one cigar. This one would be hard to pass up I have been smoking this cigar for years and it has never once disappointed me it is great out of the shop Straight Out of the Box and what I have found is even with a couple of months on it the flavors just grow as it matures. I love everything about this cigar the burn time is great the actual burn on it is wonderful the nice smooth Coco Earth which flavors never cease to amaze me. 4 5 1

Toro Great looking stick so I was ready to blaze. First half was frustrating with an uneven burn, tight draw. 2nd half was more what I expecting. The burn evened out, the draw was smooth and the nutty, leathery flavor kicked in. I smoked it til I couldn’t hold it any longer. I would try it again but I prefer more powerful maduros. 4 5 1

Toro I haveonly enjoyed 3 so far, I am waiting for the rest to mature. The flavor is a combination of cocoa, dark roasted black coffee notes while still having a creamy finish, the aging has brought out the natural sugars leave a very pleasant tobacco sweetness on the lips. This is in my top 5 Cigar's I have smoked (mainly due to being born in January 1990 myself). But hands down a great smoke hands down! 5 5 1

Toro I have enjoyed RP Vintage 1999 Connecticut Shade wrapped cigars for many years. So I bought two five packs of these Vintage 1990s on auction, thinking (hoping) RP quality would come through. It did not. Almost ran out of butane fuel re-lighting the cigars on the golf course. 2 5 1
