Epicure Just finished my first one, grabbed it to sample whether I would like it or not, and it passed "the test," so to speak. Starts off with no spice or pepper at all, just straight smooth woody bourbon with notes of leather and maybe a little nutty, and by the final third the pepper kicked in but it stayed as smooth and creamy as it started right through finish (which for me was when it got too hot to draw, all the way down to the nub). The retrohale was pleasant, something like cinnamon and bourbon. Careful though! I'm used to smoking cigars with a bottle/glass of water, or nothing at all, but you may want an accompaniment for this one; it's strong towards the end with a nicotine kick that'll slow you right down. Construction was very good - mildly spongey to squeeze, which allowed for an effortless draw and lots of smoke. Littlest bit fragile maybe, as the cap cracked almost completely off when I cut it, but it did stay on throughout with really no trouble. When I catch the aroma on me, having just smoked mine, I find myself breathing it in deeply and savoring the smell.. so good. 5 5 1

Epicure You can really appreciate the age in this cigar. The taste is clean and slightly sweet. Lots of earthy flavors combined with just the right amount of spices. Built fantastic and endures my wet bite the whole time I am smoking it. 4 5 1
