Double R Cigar: I’ve enjoyed the “ Double R” for several years, it’s a great smoke with just the right amount of spicy notes with a consistently smooth smoke JR Service & Policies: when I opened my box of “Double R” cigars one of them had a cut or split in the wrapper clearly visible when I opened the box. The problem is, the solutions JR offered were: 1. Return the cigars and I pay for the shipping. Or. . . 2. I could get a 10% discount on my next purchase. However, I wouldn’t be allowed to use the discount on Davidoff cigars. Since I smoke Davidoff cigars this was not really a solution. So, I patched up the cut wrapper best I could and enjoyed 1/2 of an expensive cigar. 1 1 1
