President #28 For many years I have smoked the Consuegra Sultan #14 Maduro....what an enjoyable well constructed cigar. It has been a daily go-to stick. HOWEVER......NOT SO WITH THIS PRESIDENT #28! I thought to try this 8.5 inch stick thinking it would be a good if not better with the additional length......a really cool smoke I thought. WRONG! Terrible: Construction....so mushy. Lights HOT and Stays HOT....how can this be with an 8.5 draw? Taste.....HARSH very HARSH TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED. NEVER ORDER THIS AGAIN. And now I wonder if my old standard the Sultan #14 is something I want to reorder? Makes me wonder what's up at the Factory? What happened to the skilled rollers who were making the Sultan? Who is now choosing the tobacco blend that goes into their sticks. 1 5 1
President #28 This is what I consider one of the Best Buy's at JR. I've had these a few months in my humidor and the longer I waited the better they were. However they were good from day one. They last forever burn evenly with a smooth draw and are consistently tasty. I'm ordering another bundle of 25 right now because they're an awesome value at around $2 each. If you like medium / full stick you won't be disappointed with these! 5 5 1
President #28 This is my #1 cigar. First thing I like to light after work every day. Lasts forever great taste and absolutely superb construction throughout the long long smoke. I'm not happy if I don't have them in my humidor. 4 5 1
President #28 For years now no matter what else I buy I always come back to these as my favorite go-to cigar. I love the taste and the burn is perfect. And I get fewer plugged cigars in these seconds then I do in much more expensive firsts! My thought is that - like a refurbished cell phone - you are getting a product that has been scrutinized twice and the 2nd time it is gone over very carefully to make sure it is up to snuff. Anyway if you have any hesitation about buying these seconds set it aside and get yourself some; you won't be sorry. And at these prices they're a steal! 5 5 1

President #28 I've been smoking these for at least ten years maybe 15. Back when the price was a bit iver $20 a bundle. The current price hurts but at the price per BIG stick it's still a deal. I have smoked many a premium cigar costing way more and have been disappointed. Not these ever. Sometimes I won't smoke one for several months to come back with fresh eyes. Like last night. President #28 I purchased a bundle of 25, I really enjoy this 8.5" X 52 President size cigar. The Maduro wrapper is so dark, that it looks like an Oscuro wrapper. This cigar burned well with flavors of Espresso, Dark Chocolate and Chocolate liqueur. The cigar does have a similar taste to Hoyo de Monterrey. I will purchase again. 5 5 1
