Toro Not a bad stick. Smoked one when I first got them, was NOT impressed. Let them sit in my humidor for a few weeks, tried another, and aside from the wrapper peeling at the cap, it was a really good smoke. Let them rest! 4 5 1
Toro Brazilian will always be my favorite CAO cigars but this blend was pretty good. It has a really pleasant flavor and a pretty good even burn. I smoked 5 already and we're all very consistent. 4 5 1
Toro For a cigar called Heritage Reserve, I would think that CAO would do a better job. The roll is loose and hot-burning, the taste is rough and grassy, and decidedly mediocre. A tighter roll might bring out a better taste. 3 5 1
Toro One of the better CAO cigars. Good construction, nice mellow taste. I've had a few different CAO's through the years some of them are good and some of them are bad having in mind all aspects such as construction, taste, etc. I got these as a five back deal and the came fresh and in good shape. Nevertheless I have been buying from JR occasionally for many years overall quality of their cigars was pretty good, now days I decided to do a sizeable restock with JR and their samplers are hit and miss on the quality no matter of the size of sampler. USPS does not do any good either by shipping from 5 - 7 days even to neighboring sates on a priority mail. The most disgracefully entity in US these days, that is the USPS. 4 5 1
Toro Bought 5 pack on “steals and deals” for a good price. Box press, nice wrapper and good overall construction. Light to medium body. I usually smoke Oliva, maria mancini and other stronger sticks. Very satisfied with cigar, look forward to the remaining 4. Highly recommend if you like a lighter bodied cigar. Cant beat JR for deals and variety. Would buy again. 4 5 1
Toro Good, not great but good 4 5 1
Toro Good construction, excellent draw, great flavor. 5 5 1
Toro Got it when on cheap for 5 packs. Not an earth shattering experience but not bad at the price. Would be great for a round of golf 4 5 1
Toro So Tom and Jim below have similar reviews to mine. I won’t waste your time. Great smoke. However JR has listed it as Medium-Full, where it’s one of the mellowest cigars I’ve smoked (in a pleasant way). JR bro, pull your head out. Not surprising they are just throwing darts these days, shutting down JR Plus, shutting down the Auctions. How’s that working for you? 4 5 1
