I've had one or two that were good, but other than those they have been consistently bad. Most have been harsh with gasoline like flavors. Also, I have noticed mold on a bunch of them so I couldn't even smoke half. If you want a flavorful small stick I highly recommend the Punch Bolos or the La Gloria Cubana Pequentos. I won't be reordering.
Great smoke. Good quality. Affordable Price Point

Great small smoke. Good flavor and good consistency of burn for small machine made cigar. Heads and shoulders above Romeo y Julieta in construction quality and consistency. The RyJ were my daily smoke until poor quality ran me away. I tried these and many other small smokes and these are the best for quality to price point. These will become my daily smokes.
What.... around $1!!!!!

Just over buck... what a great quick little cigar with big cigar great taste. Was a little hard to draw until I took out of tin and let dry out a little and then was perfect. Measured humidity in tin was at 71% with little pack thingy, but once dried a little was perfect. I'll be keeping a few tins around.
Good but not consistent

Typically smoke a small cigar. Enjoy the Apertifs. Good draw. Good flavor. Good price. Downside is consistency. The last couple of 30-packs (5 tins) purchased were full of runs, sometimes running halfway up the stick before it evened out. I may be back but for now am looking for a more consistent alternative.
One of the best

One of the best cigars I've ever had. Nice, medium to full bodied flavor. Creamy, nutty, not to strong but just strong enough. Every so often you get a little bit of a tight draw. Can be a little bit harsh at times since they're so fresh, but overall they're wonderful.
Best value in small "tin" cigars

I have smoked these for over 10 years. They are the only cigars I purchase from J-R without them being on sale, as J-R's everyday price is still a deal. The Upmann's are right in the middle on flavor, not quite as flavorful as Fuente or Cuesta Rey small cigars (I consider these 2 the best small smokes out there), but a lot less expensive. I always have tins of Upmann Apertifs in my humidor.

Nice short smoke with good flavor and most are a good construction. Not sure these are handmade, could be machine made, but can't find a definitive answer. Pretty sure they are long filler though so might be handmade.
