Take your chances!

D24U on 07/13/17

Out of bundle of 20, 8 sticks were well constructed, good, even draw, and tasty. Most of them had the binder split and fall off after removing them from the cellophane wrapper. Same results after spending a month in my humidor. Had to use a Draw Poker on 12 of them to even get air through them. Based on how many were good, it makes the 8 good ones pricey (for a bargain smoke). No reorders on this one for me.

Disintegrates on lighting

D2 on 06/24/17

When they stay together, they're a pleasant smoke at a great price. In the last bundle I bought six (6) out of the first ten (10) started to unwrap and fall apart within 2 minuted=s of lighting them. Not pleased with this choice.

Skip the rosa cuba, these are superior

Oohimedgy on 06/13/17

I wanted to try another cheaper cigar, and I am extremely surpised. These are larger, quality made, and excellent flavor. I would get giddy thinking about my next smoke. I almost feel like a thief for getting these for the price JR is offering I honestly feel it's that good. These will stay a regular in my Humidor.

Might be me

Mrwood on 04/24/17

Might be me but wrapper has burning effect on my lips. Sending them back after 3. was worth a try but spend the extra $10 and get a JR knockoff.

So-So Flavor, Sub-Par Construction

azipcode on 05/24/17

I consider myself a master purveyor of the 'value' cigar, i.e., a low priced smoke that is still -enjoyable. -My strict budget has forced me into this unenviable category. After two decades as this type of cigar purchaser, I’ve discovered and amazing corollary: The latitude one will give to the definition of 'enjoyable' is directly tied to the cigar’s price tag, i.e., the lower the $ amount, the more general the ‘enjoyable’ definition becomes. Enter Trinidad y Cia. The 2-star rating isn’t due to the flavor—I’ve had this once before and it is marginally enjoyable for me. In this batch was the cigar’s quality was quite substandard making it virtually impossible to finish. By about the halfway point, the cap (if there ever was one) had vanished. At that point the mouth-end really opened up and a wobbly mess with the consistency of loose pipe tobacco. If you’re wondering, I did not over clip/cut the end. Instead I carefully punctured it with a golf tee after getting it slightly moist. I’ve been doing this for years on hundreds of cigars with reasonably good success (of course, I will cut it if it’s a torpedo). The icing-on-the-cake was when I started to pick twigs/stems out. So, that was my smoking experience at least for that particular run of Trinidad y Cia.

NOT GOOD

TJ on 03/08/17

Really didn't like the flavor or construction. Will probably trash them rather than smoke the rest.

Excellent Find

Tedder on 06/16/17

All of my top 5 cigars are under $2 apiece, these are most definitely one of the 5.

Good Value

FL-AL on 07/05/17

Typical for a mixed-filler cigar. Not bad at all, you just get what you pay for. Fine for riding around on the mower and the like. I'll probably get some more, as they are better than their price would suggest..

Good flavor, draw, burn, and construction. I'll always have some of these in my humidor.

Tasty chew.

TXJalapeno on 05/20/17

I smoke Olivas, when I smoke. I quit dipping snuff and started chewing cigars. I tried many, but this is a very flavorful chew. I cut off an inch and chew it instead of dipping Copenhagen and have been doing so for about two years now. This is a satisfying chew. I do Smoke, but when I do, it is a Oliva V. Out of about 300 cigars, I have only found one rock in these and the stems , where present are very fine.

Dependable and consistent

RK on 05/19/17

Enjoyed these for several years. Consistent quality, very decent flavor and construction. First half mellow, second half usually a bit stronger but overall, pretty good.

Good for what it is, but flavor is so so

A Freaking Viking on 07/01/17

An alright smoke. Long, decent gauge, and cheap. If you want a cheap smoke go for it but really the flavor is so so. Good for a daily smoke when you want to mix it up, but not something I want every day.

Stick with what you know

Novice with taste buds on 04/18/17

Decent smoke, nothing great. Consistency is good, decent draw. For the price they are terrible, but I wouldn't order them again. I would spend the extra $0.50 a cigar and get something you enjoy already.

Each cigar is consistent with the last. Burns evenly. Flavor is consistent. Great everyday cigar.
