Rocky Patel The Edge
Double Corona · 7.5 × 52 RPEDC
The Edge is available in two different wrappers—the robust and spicy Cuban-seed Corojo wrapper and the dark-chocolate-colored maduro—each nice and oily. Inside is a secret blend of ligero long-filler tobaccos that have been aged for five years, which gives both styles a full-flavored smoke with a smoothness that’s not often associated with fuller-bodied cigars. The plentiful smoke remains cool without any bitterness all the way down to the nub's nice long finish. It’s also a slow burner, so make sure you have plenty of time to fully enjoy this tasty smoke.

Plooms of smoky goodness
Johnnyfrank100 on 08/25/15
Rocky Patel The Edge is a stout cigar. It isn't for the faint of heart. This is really the true beast of the line for rocky. Billowing thick rich clouds of white pillows of puffy plooms of smoky goodness .
Great Patel cigar
The first thing that struck me about this cigar was the construction. Absolutely immaculate, smooth as silk. It was very tightly rolled and burned very slowly, but surprisingly the draw was excellent. Flavor was very good but not exceptional. The strength is definitely up there. This is the first cigar I've smoked that made me queasy. In the cigars defense and my own, it was mid day and I had not eaten anything and was working in the sun. Great all around cigar.
I love this cigar. I've had several and they've all had great construction and draws. High smoke output from this stick and tons of flavor. This is a strong cigar and could give a rookie nicotine sickness so beware. I highly recommend this cigar.
Decent yard and golf stick
I've had a few of these now and they are always easy on the palate. A great flavor but nothing mind blowing here. Caramel, salt, and a little pepper from time to time. Construction is good draw can be tight sometimes but never plugged. Really enjoy this cigar for the yard or golfing.
I love this cigar

Very nice cigar. Love the size, feel and texture. Really enjoy the complexity of the flavors. This cigar has gotten me through many long commutes home. Enjoy the rich flavors. No bite all the way down. Holds up well to my gnawing. Really like this Cigar.

What can I say does rocky Patel make any bad cigars? I smoked this cigar with my wife just the other day and promptly after finishing hers down to a nub she asked me if I had more! Flavor aroma all top flight definitely going to be a staple in my humidor

Rocky Patel has been one of those brands for me with a sometimes great cigar and a sometimes expertly marketed cigar. The edge isn't bad but it's really not worth it when compared to the beauty of a Decade. Go for the decade.

Aww the Rocky Patel Edge. Great priced for good sticks in the Edge line. I am partial to the Habano wrapper Edges. 100 count boxes of goodness. and they all said it was silly to put a band on the foot.... Now everyone is doing it (Drew Estate)
Another good smoke by Rocky

Wow!! What can you say bad about this cigar? NOTHING! This is an awesome smoke. Some long cigars with long fillers are hard to draw. This has a great draw for its size. Smooth construction no lines. One of my favorites.

Double Corona will take your cigar experience to new levels of intensity with its medium to full-bodied flavors, spicy aroma, and long full finish. This robust, premium cigar is one of Rocky’s most popular, proudly handmade in Honduras with a proprietary, 5 year old blend of tobaccos encased in a tasty Mexican binder. The Edge Lite is a toned down version of its heartier sibling. Mild to medium-bodied and with a hint of sweetness, it’s comprised of exquisite Nicaraguan long fillers and topped off with a smooth, creamy Ecuadorian Connecticut-seed wrapper.
