definitely try this cigar
One of my favorite perdomos. This whole line is one of my go to cigars at my local lounge. If you want a great medium cigar that won't let you down on flavor or quality pick this one. The price is right too
Perdomo Lot 23
Pretty decent budget. I would peg this cigar as a medium -. Rich creamy notes of earthy nuts with a hint of coffee. This cigar is not overly complex but for the price makes a.good smoke that you don't have to worry about not paying a lot of attention to.

When I first started smoking this was my favorite cigar. Very pleasant to smoke, very nice draw, holds a great ash, good construction, a little sweet. Very nice smoke. I would recommend this to anyone just starting.

This is a fantastic smoke. For the money it's a no brainer. This is my go to cigar. I love it. I light it, it burns great with a nice tight ash and it makes tons of wonderful smoke. I would say its flavor range is average to good but, it is so easy to smoke and I love the easy draw and terrific construction.
I love lot 23s

I love Perdomo cigars so much. They are my go to Branford when I'm trying to smoke an easily available premium cigar. I had my first lot 23 recently and ended up buying a box shortly there after. I never want to have my humidor lack several lot 23's

I've had a few of the other vitolas of the lot 23 and really enjoyed them. Good flavor that changed as the cigar burned. This was no different. My only complaint was that on this vitolas I had to do a second cut to open up the draw.
Good for the price

The lot 23 is a great wallet friendly smoke. There is a great nutty and creamy flavor throughout the cigar with a hint of cedar in the background. My only complaint about this vitola is the large ring gauge, I prefer something smaller
pocket sized punch

A creamy smoke with coffee, cocoa and nut drawn together in this miniature version of the lot 23. The draw is fine if you cut just the tip with a guillotine, but really opens up if you take more of the cap off. The cigar burns with a straight razor edge when properly lit.
Get the Natural.

So I had the Connecticut and the natural. The natural was way better. I love this Vitola but I messed up and cut way too far up the cap and it kind of ruined the experience. The natural tasted amazing though.

So this cigar gets a lot of love but personally I thought it had some construction flavors and the strength was a little more than I was expecting but not in a smooth full bodied way. Perdomo is a great value, but I don't love this one.

This tasted very similar to the person I lot 23 robusto. A nice mild medium smoke thats not insanely nicotine heavy and pairs very well with coffee in the morning, or any other time you're drinking coffee really!

It wasn't the best but it's definitely a good smoke. I'd recommend it to anyone who's looking for a good mood-day smoke. I liked it but the flavor could've been a little bit better, but overall, it wasn't bad and I'd smoke another.

Pound for Pound...this cigar beats out those that have 90+ ratings...why? Beautiful volumes of smoke, great through the nose which reminds me of nutmeg, great white ash and this cigar never runs or canoes due to the great binder and wrapper. I always keep at least 15 in the humidor...I'll smoke one per month...talk about aging if you rotate them! Buy a 5-pack and you will be very pleased with your spent mooloah...oh, use a regular guilitone cutter and not a V cutter...I've found that on this particular cigar, it really opens even more so...and I'm one to always use a V Cutter!
Short Torpedo not a Winner, but don't give up on Lot 23
Itsthenoff on 07/20/15
Talk about the wrong size for me. Short torpedoes are just not the way to go for the Lot 23. I greatly prefer the robusto for this smoke. Benefits from a smaller ring gauge are plenty.

I had one of these the last time I went golfing. It was my first time with this cigar and sadly it will be my last. I really was disappointed from all of the positive things I have heard about this brand I had much higher expectations. First the cigar did not burn evenly, after about 15 minutes there was almost an inch difference between the top and bottom. Next the flavor was very chalky.
The Vacation Cigar

I was pleasantly surprised with the Perdomo Lot 23. Good draw, full flavored but soft and elegant. This cigar is begging to be enjoyed with Jamaican 12 year Rum. Notes of brûléed caramel and spiced vanilla of the cigar compliment the Rum wonderfully. The band itself makes you want to relax on the beach with a drink in one hand and the cigar in the other. The Perdomo Lot 23 may be the ultimate vacation cigar.

Warner strong cigar of a don't have time for a long shirt chill then try this short powerhouse. A medium 2 full bodied cigar that will satisfy you on the short smoke without getting too hot. Excellent construction torpedo top. Add this cigar to your humidor today. You will not be dissatisfied
