Partagas black label is a consistently chocolatey cigar. It's not very complex and it doesn't really wow, but it's a perfectly decent cigar. Worth buying if you are into chocolate flavors or if you get a good deal on them.

As a fan of full bodied, dark cigars, this Black Label really pleased me. It pulls off the balancing act that I'm really looking for: tons of flavor, rich chocolatey, spicy, earthy flavors (at one point I swear I tasted sweet BBQ pork), while still being super creamy smooth. Luscious and creamy smoke, wonderful aroma, the perfect draw, very slow burning. The kind of smoke you get a little sad about when it's coming to an end. If you enjoy a smoke along the lines of the Mayorga maduro, and the El Rey Del Mundo Reserva Nicaragua, this smoke will be right up your alley. Don't cheat yourself, treat yourself.

Great cigar full body full strength. Very rich and smooth favor profile. Dark earthy flavors with salty almost meat like core. Very rich oily and thick smoke. These cigars aren't expensive either definitely pick some up.
One of the best maduros that I have smoked to date.

My boss gave me the opportunity to smoke one of these beautiful black oily wrapped sticks of heaven a while back. I got to finally enjoy it while watching May -Pac fight. Let me tell if your looking for that one maduro to take you to the next level of aficionado status this is the one.
Not my cup of tea

This cigar is okay. Pre light construction and appearance are near flawless, though once smoking it requires a relight or two. The flavor is a little hard to explain, it's a little bitter and and earthy, and not quite as rich as you would hope from the look of the cigar. This is a classic "old man" cigar.
Very firm draw

The draw kills the flavor of this cigar, a shame, because it has a very robust and smooth taste. If you don't mind clearing a pin hole through the stick to loosen the draw, this is actually a great cigar.

I truly enjoyed this cigar. It was robustful in flavor from chocolate to a bit peppery at the end. The billows of smoke were beautiful to watch as the the thick plume wafted about me. Awesome experience and well worth the price.

The name says it all MAXIMO it was an amazing Cigar I had to break out my cob so I could smoke it to a tiny nub and was disappointed only that it was gone but the experience of smoking such an amazing Cigar still stays with me

This was one of the first cigars I ever smoked. Walked into the shop hoping not to get carded and bought one of these and some Romeos when I was 16. Packed more of a punch then I expected. Good memories.

love this. alone, it has tons of flavor; chocolate, coffee (more espresso like notes), burnt sugars, bit of spice (white pepper). after a few puffs in I paired it with a stout beer to bring out more of that chocolate and roast. amazing! it was a great rainy day cigar, chilling in the porch with this and a nice stout watching the rain... DoPE!
