Casa de Ortez

Connecticut Robusto · 4.75 × 50 ORR2

(5 Reviews) | Write a review

The perfect cigar for the smoker with premium tastes but a low budget. This robusto was crafted by the famous tobacconist Omar Ortez. Its use of vintage tobaccos from Nicaragua and Indonesia make it smooth yet flavorful and complex. Its wrapper is a light brown Connecticut shade, which gives it that creamy and nutty aftertaste. Packaged in a bundle of 20.

My daily cigar beand

I enjoyed this cigar. Since trying this my everyday smoke is Casa de ortez I like Nicaragua cigars. I like the flavor vs mild cigars. This is a must buy in any size or wrapper

A nice bargain

I was not expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised. Great budget smoke for yard work, hand outs, and a gar for when you are multitasking.

Not Very Good

ogdeng1 on 12/29/14

Uneven burn. Part of the ember fell when I knocked off the first ash. Bits of binder in my teeth. Harsh medium flavor. Not a good aftertaste left in my mouth. Not a very enjoyable smoke. Left a good two inches before abandoning the stick.

Cheap.

Another stinker, no pun intended, that was cheap and for grass cutting. Not much good to say about this poor chap.

Thumbs down

Not crazy about these. Too mild of a stuck. Thought the would have more flavor. Not my favorite by a long shot.
