I've found montecristos to be mild in flavor, but very consistent across the board in draw and construction. if you like the mild, creamy flavors that montecristos have to offer, then they're perfect for you
Construction on point.

Great burning cigar. That was the first thing that caught my attention, the taste and smell left some to be desired but the burn consistency is amazing. The draw is flawless with a v cut and it burned completely even the entire time.
Smoke The Monte!

This is the first montecristo i ever smoked! Nice smooth stick. A great anytime smoke, light body, medium smoke output with the nutty, cedar flavor. Great smoke for beginers or oldtimers. Hey, it's a monte! Smoke One!

The consistency Monte is known for and the craft of cigar making and blending shine through on this classic masterpiece from a premium house. Leather, vanilla and cedar notes bring home a home run in this stick!
Montecristo always top quality

Typical Montecristo that balances deep flavor and strength with a nice smoothness. While it doesn't have the complexity of its Cuban counterpart, it is a very fine smoke. Very attractive and nicely rolled.

In my early days all I smoked was Monte Cristo. Always enjoyed the mild flavor. For year it was all I bought. Although it has been a while since I've smoked one, I always research prices and as always JRs price for this smoke is unmatched
very tasty cigar recommended

They have a tendency to habe a problem here and there on the draw for me some are open some are very snug but once you get the smoke flowing thru it really builds into a delicous pleasing smoke that will satisfy anyones palate
Monte No. 1

As advertised, this is another nice smoke by the brand. The stick is medium and has a little bit of spice (pepper) that kind of sneaks up on you, but isnt overpowering. It is a nice and balanced smoke with very mild hints of leather and earth and goes great with a nice 15 or 18 year. Grab a few fingers of single malt (nothing to peaty as it may mask the flavor of the stick) and enjoy on a nice afternoon.

I just enjoyed a Montecristo No. 1. First taste impressions were a subtle nutty taste which intensified through the entire cigar. The middle third introduced very subtle hints of earth which went away by the last third. The last third was the best tasting, as it usually is, and the stronger nut taste joined flavors of spice, which also grew stronger with every puff and ended with a very pleasant medium-full taste. Aroma was also very pleasant throughout and grew better towards the end. Unfortunately, the build of this cigar was lacking to say the least. Starting off it had a very tight, strong pack and the wrapper was amazing, but half-way through the wrapper cracked almost an entire inch which disappointed me.
number 1 for a reason

This is a well built tasty cigar that delivers nutty flavors with a hint of spice and leather burns nice and even with a draw that provides plenty of smoke with not much effort and doesn't get too hot. A great cigar
Sit back and be lazy. Must enjoy and be still.

I mean come on.... It's a cristo and like usual it doesn't disappoint! The flavor is full and everything about it is great. I always enjoy the last 1/2 the most and in this stick it really ignites!!
