Gran Corona · 6.75 × 48 MSGC
Middle of the road in size but at the top of the list in terms of expert construction, the Montesino Gran Corona is a 6.75 x 48 handmade premium cigar by the famed Fuente family—in fact, the very first cigar brand that the Fuentes created outside of Cuba. Packed in boxes of 25 cigars, the Montesino Gran Corona is built with a traditional Dominican blend of top-quality long-filler tobaccos finished with a smooth, light-colored Connecticut shade natural wrapper. Featuring a mild-to-medium-bodied strength profile that makes a great choice for mellow-cigar fans and smokers new to the cigar lifestyle, the Montesino Gran Corona's blend offers fresh cedar notes, hints of hearty leather, a subtle yet satisfying touch of spice, and a sweet and compelling aroma.
When you're shopping online to buy a moderately sized and moderately priced premium handmade cigar created by a big name in the tobacco world, the Montesino Gran Corona by the Fuente family fits the bill.

Sage Lakes Review II

I reviewed this cigar a year ago and my opinion has not changed. It is a great cigar, as good or better than Macanudo's. My brother-in-law, who is a cigarette smoker, loves the smell of this cigar but I can't get him to quit cigarettes and join me!
Montesino Gran Corona is THE BEST!
Super Solarman on 05/10/17
As a self-employed individual in the construction industry, I smoke this beauty almost daily in outdoor settings subject to wind and other harsh elements for cigars. The Montesino Gran Corona's construction endures the elements. This cigar will always stay lit, never comes unwrapped and my ash always grows long. The mild flavor never dominates the taste buds. I still can enjoy the full flavor of all foods, wines, bourbon and beer which I also enjoy greatly. I also love kissing my wife regularly! She rarely taste my cigar while engaged, and if she does, only one altoid takes care of it. I share my Montesino sticks regularly. The reciprocated gifts I get in return, which are much more expensive, mostly become unwrapped and go-out in outdoor conditions.
