cookie cutter wal mart cigar
This is cigar you see all of Kentucky during special events. Derby is most prominent and these cigars are all over the infield. Honestly I despise these cigars. Always a smooth wrapper and decent draw but lacks any flavor beyond a cedary sweet. Too expensive for what you get.
This one is consistently mediocre. It's just overly flavored and never complex or exciting. It's consistent throughout, I'll give it that. I wouldn't smoke it again. There's enough out there for me to pas on this one again
High hopes that didn't deliver.

I had high hopes for these as I love makers mark. Cold draw was nice but as soon as I lit it Up it became bitter and very hot. Flavors were not there and split once I got halfway through it.

This cigar seems more like a novelty. Thought the flavor of the bourbon can be tasted it doesn't mix well with the other flavors and seems to not blend well. The higher price point for this is not worth it in my opinion
Good not great

I got one of these cigars from a friend recently. I can't say that I really enjoyed it all that much. Well it was a good smoke that I would be happy to partake in from time to time it is not likely one that I will be stocking in my humidor anytime soon
Damn good smoke

I had one of these for one of my first couple of cigars. Let me tell you it was delicious. Yes that's right I said delicious. I like bourbon just as much as any other southerner so I decided to give it a go. Man was it good. I think I will order a few singles soon.
Not worth the hype

Well I gotta say I was expecting more from this cigar the burn was uneven at times and tunneled at others and from a flavor stand point it left much to be desired could have bought a cheep cigar and dipped it in bourbon and got a better result
Must love Maker's Mark

I like Maker's Mark but having a cigar that tastes like it was too much for me. It's a little pricey as well but constructed well and smoked just fine. If you're a big time Maker's Mark person then it's is right up your alley.

This was a good cigar. I feel that it is a little over priced and that you are mainly paying for the Makers Mark name. I would say that there are other comparable cigars that you can get for the same price.
it has panache.

I didn't buy this, my friend got it for me. He knows I love Maker's, I signed up to be a brand ambassador as soon as I turned 21, but for me the cigar seemed to fall flat of the bourbon. It didn't pair well with the liquid and I felt that the whole thing was kind of gimmicky. Burned ok only a few touch ups needed.

For a cigar drenched in bourbon, there seems to be no discernable bourbon taste. It's just soggy with nothing going on that add to the experience. The cap on the tube takes longer to gwt off then it takes for me to lose interest in this cigar. The cigar itself seems to be short filler sweepings. The dominant taste is cardboard with hints of stale and rotten tobacco with maybe a little bit of hay. Better to drink the bourbon separate and smoke some thing else than waste your time with this one.
A more expensive gas station stick

This one is a one trick pony. It's not horrible but it's not good either. It has that plain papery tobacco flavor with a hint of sweetness from the makers mark infusion. Prelight was tobacco flavor, smell was unassuming on both the stick and foot. First third thru to the end was all one flavor. Tabacco with a little bit of cardboard and leather. It heats up at about the midway point and get a bit acrid because of it. Overall not really worthy of a step by step review. If you are transitioning from gas station sticks to real sticks this might be the step in between. I would reccomend any other number of good sticks before this, such as AF, rocky patel, or maybe some cracker crumbs.

From the onset you can taste the whiskey taste. The problem I have is that it's a super taste and not a flavor that has been infused in the cigar like the folks at drew estate do. I get that infusing a whiskey taste would be difficult, but I just don't really love dipped cigars. Spend more time on the quality of the smoke vs. the creativity of your packaging.
