EXCELLENT IN ALL DIRECTIONS!
AlanV2 on 04/14/16
I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of construction to the awesome flavor that this combination of tobacco's delivered. Shared one with a cigar buddy & he would say the same. So far, consistency of about half the box has been excellent. Fairly mild, but, full flavor. Will do this again, for sure!

Much better than 3-1/4 stars!
El caballero guapo on 04/11/16
Better up the rating of this fine cigar to make up for the yahoo who rated it a 1-1/2 star. This stogie has mostly Mexican tobacco in the filler & binder. Easy draw, very good flavor, medium body.

Las Cabrillas are garbage, not cigars.
Las Cabrillas is garbage on 02/17/16
This product (Las Cabrillas) was pure garbage. I will return and exchange it with Saint Luis Rey Alloy, but, no thanks to JR, I have to pay return shipping (after I have already paid for the shipping). Now, I hope their promise that I will not need to pay for the exchange shipping holds.
A very good all-around cigar

I very much enjoyed this one. A good size, yielding about a 45-minute leisurely smoke. Smooth, earthy, with just a bit of spiciness in the final third of the stick. I'd say this one is overall a bit more to mellow than medium. Good draw, very nice construction, and held a firm ash. Though I'm not entirely sure this one really commands its regular price (nearly $3 per stick), if you can get it on sale as I did it, it's certainly worth it.
