(278 Reviews) | Write a review

This buxom little Bully is the most popular size in the Romeo y Julieta 1875 line. Packaged in packs of 5, this feisty Robusto is covered with an oily brown TBN java wrapper, Dominican binder, and choice filler tobaccos from the Dominican Republic and Brazil. This tasty, medium bodied, anytime of the day smoke offers the perfect balance of nuts, earth, and sweet spicy flavors.

Little Bully

Longtrail on 11/07/17

I have tried Reserva Real and like them a lot but hesitate at price. With my last order of Gloria Cubana (one of my favorites), I bought a 5 pack of Bullies. I love them! What won me over was the smoothness of retrohale and the draw. A box of those is very tempting. Bullies are wonderful cigars.

More boring tobacco

kylewillis on 09/21/17

More boringness. This is not a great cigar. It's one you give someone you don't really like.

Great stogie

Nick on 01/23/18

The bully is the best of this line. If given the choice I'd smoke this one over any other Romeo. It has that creaminess that the others have at the end throughout. Also notes of vanilla

Burning away my retirement

Jason on 01/13/18

Great medium body cigar with a consistent flavor, not bad if you're in a budget!

Great Cigar

andyval on 01/11/18

Great cigar but JR is getting too expensive for my blood. As a loyal JR plus member, the prices they are charging is out of control. These have went up almost $30 a box in 3 years

Great value

Qbichon on 01/07/18

Great cigar. It is well made and good flavor, not too strong or mild, just perfect.

Great, particularly for the price

Bonzano on 12/30/17

Disclaimer: Cigar level novice The burn was quite even. The flavor was smooth with a leathery taste and slight creaminess. Hardly any spice. Plenty of smoke with an even burn and up to a 2 inch ash. Defiantly would buy again. Might become my "go-to". It is comparable, though not on the same level to an Ashton Connecticut.

Bully

shakey0urhips on 12/26/17

This is a bully indeed. Good size but doesn't have a lot of flavor. Plenty of smoke though

Can't Go Wrong With These!

jt74 on 02/11/18

You can't go wrong with a Romeo Bully. Great smoke! Full of flavor and pretty good construction. Have had one or two that came unwrapped but that was likely my fault on the cut. Some inconsistency in draw but I've had at least one or two of other top brands with inconsistency, as well. Overall, a great cigar.

Who Are You Calling a Bully?

@CommonMansCigars on 11/18/17

Nice heavy smoke output. Smooth spice and sweet cream keep this Bully out of trouble.

Love this cigar

boamac on 11/17/17

Great smoke, excellent burn. Flavor was consistent from start to finish. I find some medium cigars to be more full flavored to me, but these were right on the money

Nope....

Travis on 11/08/17

Tastes like cardboard like the rest of their line up. Not a fan. Draw was good and construction was lacking. Burn was so-so.

Bully!

MChesko on 02/14/18

This is an awesome stick. My absolute favorite Romeo y Julieta I've smoked. Everything is perfect about this stick. It's on the hefty price range but still a great cigar

More like milquetoast than Bully

If one seeks smoking a cigar, but seeks a very slight hint of flavor, then look no further, the Bully is here.

Bully bully!!!

Jb on 01/25/18

Had some issues with the draw, some were pretty soft and wrapper came undone a bit but corrected itself over time, flavors of licorice and chocolate make up nice smoke overall

Well constructed, good draw, satisfying, smooth smoke. When you want a Cigar that you can depend on get a Romeo
