Look out, competitors!

New Mexico Gary on 09/14/15

All right, you guys, where have you been hiding this gem? My favorite everyday cigar comes from one of your competitors, but because of a goof by them, I decided to try this cigar as a temporary replacement. Bad mistake on their part, as this cigar provides the burn, taste, and construction of name brand premiums at an everyday price. This is my new favorite and I will be re-ordering soon! Thanks, J.R.

Wonderful Buy

Tom on 06/25/15

This is an excellent smoking stick. The flavor is wonderful. It has a thick, deep taste, very pleasant. I have been smoking this Cigar exclusively for 5 years.

Excellent cigar

Santos on 06/24/15

I was looking for a mild, easy-going maduro. I've had a number of Macanudos in the past, but they're generally out of my price range, so I thought I'd give this a try. Very very happy with these. Construction and draw are excellent, they light easily and burn evenly. I'd put this on the mild side of medium with great flavor that goes well with scotch, bourbon or coffee (what I've tried so far). Not the most complex cigar you'll ever smoke, but I still find them really enjoyable.

Tom's Review

tomyounce on 02/09/15

This is an excellent Cigar. The flavor is very rich. This is a nice, long, slow burning cigar. I enjoy one of these, every afternoon at 1:30, no matter the weather outside. I have been smoking this one now for 5 years.

Not exactly like the original Macanudo

DaveMorris on 11/13/16

Good smoke, but definitely lighter in color than the original Macanudo. Also seem to have to relight them much more often than the original.

not so fast my friend

kalistogielover on 05/18/16

this is the second time I purchased this product because the real cigar brand of this alternative is my favorite cigar (but make sure to use a poker there are rolled very tight) the last time they were horrible (about 8 years ago) and they still are.

Good flavor - annoying constuction problems

Heywood on 03/02/16

I really like the dark tobacco taste of this cigar. It has a brassy-sweet aftertaste that's pleasing and it's slightly aggressive but not harsh. I will buy it again in spite of construction problems, usually canoeing due to hard sections. I often go to these when I have time to smoke only one cigar. I'll pick it because it's reliably satisfying even though I have more expensive brands on hand that are 2 or 3 times higher in price.

never smoked returned

navyvetbb62 on 02/02/16

i opened the box and the cigars that i received did not appear to be Maduro they where light in color. don't know if I was sent wrong ones or not. didn't match picture either. wasted freight to me and 7.00 to return with out opening wrapper. Giving ones to Jr Cigars not cigars. If you like Maduro these are not for you. .Really disappointed.

What a surprise

whipguy on 01/11/16

I just smoked my first one. I'd compare it to some cigars in the $12-$14 price range. Rich flavor and not too strong. After smoking about half of it I came upon the most delightful flavors. I will be buying many more of these.
