Casa de Garcia

Don’t be fooled by its intimidating size, this 60 ring gauge is light and smooth. Its mix of premium Dominican and Honduran long filler makes it very mild and crisp. It gets a creamy flavor from the exquisite Connecticut wrapper. A big size at a big bargain, this cigar comes in bundles of 20 at a very affordable price.

Good Smoke!

The Muse on 06/22/15

Great cigar for the price. The 60 ring provides an flavorful, smooth draw. Most have an even, cool burn.

Good smoke for the price.

Golfer83 on 02/28/15

I found it more towards medium strength. It was a little stronger than the mild I am accustomed to smoking. The price is about right for this cigar.

My current favorite

Diamond7245 on 04/12/15

Switched to this size because construction and draw are more consistent. Like them.

Pleasant smoke

Jim on 06/21/15

A very nice cigar for the price point. The large ring gauge allows for a cool smoke yet still getting plenty of flavor. Leans to the medium side of mild . That and price make it a great everyday cigar (I usually smoke two in the evening).

Constructive criticism

Mitch76 on 03/03/15

While inexpensive, the construction is poor. Uneven burn and too many small pieces of filler. I may not buy again.

Well Constructed and Very Mild

sailcat on 05/11/15

A well constructed and good looking cigar. A bit too mild for my tastes but a decent smoke, nonetheless.

Would not buy again

BDL on 06/28/15

Uneven burn, bad construction. After every draw had to empty my mouth of filler! Would not buy again. Worst inexpensive cigar I have ever purchased over the past 20 years!

Tremendous Value!

Pokerbob63 on 02/12/15

Without a doubt, the best value in the JR inventory. They cost about 1.60 a piece, and you can usually get a coffee cup or a baseball cap thrown in with a bundle. The entire Casa de Garcia line is highly recommended, but these 6x60 beauts are the best of the bunch.

Awful

Ken on 03/18/15

Honestly awful. I should have known better. 33$ does not get you much. I will give them away or throw out.

No Flavor

LtcTony on 07/02/15

I liked the size but there is simply no taste to them. Doubt I would ever buy them again. Not nearly as good as Don Marti.

Must buy

jfmkw on 07/18/15

One of my favorites. This cigar smokes as well as much more expensive cigars. If you like mild to medium this is a must buy

nice everyday

jimscott on 07/21/15

This is a good everyday cigar. The large ring size allows for a cool smoke. I do find two or three per bundle so tightly wrapped that they don't draw.

Great price Great smoke

1_Av8tor on 08/12/15

Construction is consistent providing a great draw. The blend of tobacco is near perfect for a mild flavor, great for sitting on the deck and just enjoying a pleasing smoke.

casa great!

Redneck on 08/05/15

Casa de Garcia Connecticut is as good as it comes at this price level. I have been smoking it since the "early" days and it has improved greatly, both in looks and flavor. It is now a well constructed cigar and most of its early flavor fluctuations have disappeared. It is very mild; to me, is an everyday any moment cigar that behaves good with any kind of drink. You won't get fancy flavors out of it, but a simple tasty smoke, sometimes close to an ice cream sugar cone, but only at the first half. Then it starts building to a not unpleasant sharp finish, which varies sometimes from stick to stick. The Toro is my favorite, since it provides plenty of smoke, cool, and lasts enough for a good conversation. It is woody sometimes (balsa?) and pleasant, the ash is white-greyish on layers, not specially firm, and the construction has improved greatly. It has been a long time since I've had a run on one cigar. I very much enjoy it and the price is great.
