Good smoke when you can get them!

This is my daily/go to smoke. The flavor is robust and at times fairly strong. The price is right and the only issue I have with these cigars is being able to get an order filled. They present as frequently 'back-ordered'.
Surprisingly Good for the $$

Im a mild to medium flavor cigar smoker, so I ordered these based on price. At $1.25 a piece, not much could go wrong. Right out of the box I was impressed with the look feel and smell if this cigar. Snipped the end and lit it up and was pleasantly surprised with the flavor. Burn was good and ash was firm, draw was light. Got a little strong in the last couple of inches, but still a great smoke. I have now had several from this order and am still impressed with these. I will definitely be getting more of them in the near future.
Need a few weeks in the humidor.

Decent smoke but definitely need a few weeks in the humidor. The price was right so its hard to complain too much, however they were very dry and crumbly upon receipt. After settling down they burn evenly with a nice white ash. Flavor is nutty with a mild aroma. Just a tip that I would pass along, is to trim just below the shoulder so as to assure a good draw. The first one I smoked I only trimmed about half of the torpedo and got a very bitter smoke. Next smoke I trimmed a bit more and got a better, more flavorful experience. I would buy again but not at full price.

Bought four bundles, hardly any problems.

Bought four bundles, hardly any problems. Because of the short filler, it tends to come out at the cut end, although the torpedo shape minimizes this. Good robust flavor, well build, no draw problems at all. For the price, great smoke.
A decent cheap stick

Not really a "sandwich blend", more like floor sweep. Didn't see any long filler at all in the half I opened. A good stick for mowing the yard, not much in the way of a flavor profile. For the money, not too bad, one step up from a machine rolled stick.
La flor de Gonzalez !!!

Good price good smoke. I used to buy these in the JR store on Madison ave. But since the store closed I've been looking for something similar to no avail finally one day I decide to look for the JR website one day and bamn!!! Here they are great value

Got a lot of loose tobacco bits trying to trim it to get a decent draw. The flavor wasn't quite what I was hoping for, but I'm hoping a few days in the humidor will help. Not impressed so far. Would recommend the JR alternative #2 Montecristo instead.
great smoke for the price

i keep purchasing more and more of these. they are well worth the cost, are mild enough to smoke anytime of the day and burn extremely well. they are a little tight but it just means I get a good workout smoking these. i love these.
