Handmade at the AgroIndustrias Laepe S.A. factory in Honduras and packed in boxes of 20 cigars, the B.G. Meyer Standard Issue Toro is 6 x 50 premium cigar in a popular traditional shape. The B.G. Meyer Standard Issue cigar brand is the compelling collaborative effort of the artisans at Camacho and writer/producer/director/rabid cigar enthusiast Rob Weiss—a name you'll find familiar if you enjoyed HBO’s Entourage.

Expertly handcrafted with a top-quality blend of well-aged Nicaraguan long-filler leaf and finished with a lush and oily Nicaraguan Habano EMS wrapper, the B.G. Meyer Standard Issue blend provides a medium-to-full-bodied strength profile and is loaded with rich, earthy sweetness accented by a unique citrus zest, making it as edgy, innovative, and engaging as the hit show itself.

An old school Camacho in disquise

Bigstinky on 10/23/15

I found an old Camacho in my box recently and really enjoyed it. I looked to buy more, but found that they had changed the formula to resemble getting punched in the face. BG Meyer is made by the same house, and in my opinion comes close to the old Camacho. This is a nice cigar. It has a nice " wheat toast" quality about it. I will buy more.

Awesome smoke!

Puff Daddy on 10/15/15

BG meyer standard issue toro: First third: Earth, cream, nutty, hint of pepper Loose draw, great smoke output. Second third: Chocolate, pepper backs off, coffee, Final third: Strong coffee flavor, very creamy and smooth, pepper is gone, sweet almost grassy flavor, chocolate flavor makes a return, very creamy. Required two touch ups. An hour and a half smoke time. Heard very mixed reviews, but I love this stick.

Disappointed

OldKingCole on 05/15/15

I expected more from this relatively pricey cigar...I've only smoke four (of 20) but had problems with canoeing on three of them. Draw is also a little hot. Cigar across as more "full" than "medium full." I would have to think twice before re-ordering.
