The Bolivar Cofradia was crafted by world renowned cigar legend Estelo Padron, so you know you’re in for a treat. For a cigar crafted by such an innovator, this is one of the most affordable, delicious Honduran cigars on the market.

To start, Padron uses a unique long-filler combination originating from both Honduras and Nicaragua. The tobacco is then dressed with a Connecticut binder and a seamless Connecticut Broadleaf/Ecuador Sumatra leaf wrapper. Crisp and hearty, the result combines heavy flavors of earth and spice for a bold, robust smoke from start to finish. In short, the full-bodied Bolivar Cofradia cigar creates an intense smoking experience and an invigorating aroma you’ll want to savor again and again.

Audacious and decadent, the Bolivar Cofradia may take a few years of smoking experience to truly appreciate. However, if you consider yourself an aficionado, there’s no reason this full-bodied gem shouldn’t be in your collection.

smooth smoke

z28irocluvr on 03/27/15

I found the appearance a little disappointing considering the price. Some cigars about 5 were curved. Consistancy of flavor was dead on with alltasting the same. It was a smooth smoke overall. Good burn. Stayed lit. A little more flavor would really be nice. Aroma of smoke was good.

Bolivar Cofrida 754 oscuro wrapper= Great Smoke!

Whisky45 on 05/28/15

First tried this when it came in a sampler pack long ago and immediately fell in love. This is my everyday cigar now. Always smoked the 654 but recently went to the 754 and could not be more happy. Very consistent on flavor, and burn. As others have mentioned, construction is not as consistent, but for the money, this is a great cigar and you will not be disappointed if you prefer stronger sticks.

Bolivar Cofradia 754 Oscuro

DISCOVERINGMYLIFE2015 on 11/18/15

Another great Bolivar from Padron! The Oscuro is perfect for the Maduro lovers. Full-bodied and powerful, this stick really delivers! The flavor profile is complex and only gets better with a little age in the humidor. If you've never had the pleasure of trying a Cuban Bolivar, do yourself a favor and try these Bolivar Cofradias...you'll be glad you did!

BOLIVAR COFRIDA 754 OSCURO WRAPPER

I will always have some of these in my humidor. As others have already said, they burn evenly, are a smooth and enjoyable smoke, and are a great cigar for the price.

Don't raise the price again, ok?

Artfulman on 06/04/16

This cigar WAS a value at $99.95 in 2014, and even at $104.95 in 2015, but now at $109.15 it is not such a great value. If the price raises again, I will start looking for an alternative medium priced cigar for evening. Shame. They taste really nice and there is never a dud in the box.

My "Go-To) Cigar

Artfulman on 12/11/15

This (Maduro) is an after dinner cigar (eat something first) Goes GREAT with a single barrel Bourbon or flavored coffee. Just the right price too. Lasts more than an hour. (longer ones)

I know from the past that all BOLIVAR cigars are a great smoke. They are the best for the money. This cigar has full flavor, excellent appearance, construction and smooth. You can't go wrong with this cigar. My preference is this type of cigar.

Really like these cigars at the their current price of $109.15. If they raise the price it won't be a bargain anymore, though.
