Excellent cigar at everyday price

roadogg on 03/11/15

A well made cigar with slightly veiny wrapper. The first half inch is uneventful, then there is noticeable oak with pepper in the background which continues until the finish. Burn was good after one slight touch up in the first inch. The ash tended to be a bit flakey. A quality cigar. A definite keeper.

Another hit out of the park for la aurora I am a big fan of the corojo wrapper I just love the spicy peppery flavors it add so much to the complexity of this smoke it kicks it up a notch

You have come a long way baby!

Ataubman on 04/01/15

This is a spice bomb. Just full of spice and cedar flavor with a bit of pepper on the retro. Some citrus notes makes this extremely flavorful. This is a long way from LA Aurora from 16 years ago. More choices and flavors. Excellent cigar. Great price for a cigar that other brands charge 3 times the price!

Worth every penny

subsailor Al on 04/04/15

The La Aurora was a very nice med-full cigar. The draw was tight, sometimes too tight. Wrapper was veiny and required a relight halfway through but, for the price, a really nice cigar. A repeat buy.

Nice and spicy

Aarontaubman on 04/12/15

It's nice to see LA Aurora branch out from its single brand 25 years ago. Surprisingly spicy, flavorful with a citrus zing. Lots of woodiness and earthy flavors and sweet spice. A true winner. You can pay 3 times for the flavor of this but why? LA Aurora got it right!

Belicoso Pepper bomb

Ataubman on 04/07/15

Another winner from LA Aurora, Budget smokers! I bought a box of these, Corojo and Barrel Aged for 49.99 each last month. This is the big brother to the Corojo! Full bodied and lots of strength. Full of pepper and spice with some earthy notes, leather and some coffee noted. This has a lot of pepper on the retrohale and spice n the draw that gives the tingling on the tongue and back of throat. Not uncomfortable at all. Complex yet balanced flavors. The wrapper is a bit rough but I can live with that as long as the draw is good and they are consistently fantastic. La Aurora has come a long way in the past 25 years with only 2 lines. Highly recommended!

La Aurora Corojo

aarontaubman on 06/14/15

These are fantastic smokes with an Ecuadorian Corojo wrapper and an Ecuadorian Sumatra Binder for strength. These are tasty gems. One thing to keep in mind is that you must dry box these until they are completely dried. The wrapper is very thick and the cigar holds moisture like sponge. I'd it's dried out completely, you are in for tasty smoke.

A very good smoke.

A very good smoke. Not the best I've ever had but still worth your time. You can't go wrong with this one.

Had better

Bassnhockey on 06/20/15

So this thing was packed with flavor, but the problem was getting enough smoke to taste the flavor, very rough draw

Pretty Solid

RollTide CrimsonWhite on 06/10/15

A solid medium-bodied smoke that's layered with notes of earth, spices, cedar, and a hint of raisin(?). As the cigar progresses, the spice progresses
