Since its inception in 1985, Ashton has crafted a multitude of gorgeous cigars beloved by enthusiasts throughout the world. Designed by the legendary Carlos Fuente Jr. in 1999, the Ashton VSG is one of those rare, prized creations that will remain front and center in a true enthusiast’s humidor.

Not only is the Virgin Sun Grown leaf where the Ashton VSG cigar gets its name from, but its wrapper is what distinguishes it from all others. The dark, Sumatra-seed wrapper is grown in the filtered sunlight on a high-altitude estate in Ecuador – the perfect climate for growing impeccably-aged tobacco. The extraordinary leaf is then dressed around aged, ligero long-fillers and a distinctly Dominican binder for a delicious result. A rich, full smoke overflows with hearty flavors, while a perfect draw and razor sharp burn finish the smoke off nicely.

The Ashton VSG pairs well with good friends, excellent memories and those private moments when only the company of a great cigar will do. Be sure to stock up your humidor with a variety of sizes so that you’ll be able to relish in the celebration for years to come.

A real treat worth every penny

Old Smokey on 11/11/15

I am sold on Ashton VSGs I have smoked them all and except for price, they are truly superior. Not complaining about the price (I’ve paid more and enjoyed them less) but these are a little towards the edge of my budget. I smoked a Robusto today and it reminded me of what I’m looking for but rarely find in a less expensive cigars. Well made, high smokability (stays together, burns evenly, no bitterness, smokes to the end) and bold but not overpowering flavors. I was a little sad to finish it off but it was a good one.
