Las Calaveras 2021 is a line of handmade premium cigars that are the eighth installment of an annual series from Crowned Heads that pays homage to the people who had passed away in the previous year. The skull on the top of each box is not meant to be a mournful symbol, but rather it was intended to be a celebration and remembrance of those soles who are no longer with us. For 2021, it’s a three vitola line along with a 4-cigar sampler pack that features a deep, dark brown Colorado Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper ( a first for the line) surrounding a core of aged binder and long-filler tobaccos from Nicaragua. Another first for this commemorative line, each cigar is expertly hand rolled at the famous My Father Cigar factory in Nicaragua by the world-renowned cigar makers “Jose “Pepin” and his son Jaime Garcia. Rich, highly complex flavors of leather, earth, spice, and dark roast coffee, provide a medium-to-full bodied experience that’s second to none. Only 1,250 boxes of 24 in each size were ever produced so secure yours quickly, so that you don’t miss out.
