Ok here was my problem with cigar of the month I dropped it because. You kept sending the same cigars.for the last 4 months of my subscription. I would talk to your people about it and all they would say it’s a tec problem. Well it never got fixed.
We apologize for any issues you may have had with our old COTM program. We just launched a completely new version of the program that is of a much higher standard of quality. Each month you will receive 5 new cigars with a much wider variety as well as new custom packaging. If you have any more issues though please feel free to reach out and we will make sure it is fixed as soon as possible

Hello! So as of right now we do not offer different options for each month, however it is something we are looking to add in the future. Also, we make sure to create a wide variety each month of cigars for each palate and preference.
I received my COM but I didn’t receive my 6th cigar. Could you please send me my 6th cigar. I have read where this has been a problem for others. This was my first order so, Hopefully this was an oversight. The cigars are very good. Thank you
