Created by the namesakes of Alec Bradley Cigars, Alec and Bradley Rubin, the Alec & Bradley Kintsugi Toro shows that these young cigar blenders have a ton of potential. Kintsugi is inspired by the ancient Japanese art style of the same name, where broken ceramics are bonded with lacquers infused with precious metals to create an even more beautiful piece.

Cigars bring people together in much the same way. To create a cigar good enough to bring people together, Alec & Bradley blended Kintsugi with finely aged Nicaraguan and Honduran long fillers and dual binders pieced together with a gorgeous Honduran Habano wrapper.

Delicious flavors of leather, cinnamon, dark roasted coffee, earth, and rich spice will pour from the cap with each puff, and the smooth medium-bodied profile is a true crowd-pleaser.

Created to celebrate the founding of the incredibly famous Montecristo brand, the Montecristo 1935 Anniversary Nicaragua Toro is an exceptional cigar that deserves a spot in any premium cigar connoisseur’s humidor. To capture the rich old-world flavors of Montecristo’s Cuban roots, Altadis U.S.A.’s Grupo de Maestros and Rafael Nodal sought out the talented cigar maker A.J. Fernandez.

Rolled and box-pressed at A.J. Fernandez’s San Lotano factory, the 1935 Anniversary Nicaragua is composed entirely of top-shelf Nicaraguan tobaccos grown on A.J.’s farms throughout the country. You can expect a complex full-bodied tapestry of peppery spice, coffee, cinnamon, earth, charred wood, and a delectable tobacco sweetness to coat your palate with each puff.

Montecristo is not the only brand to have a significant anniversary recently. In 2021, here at JR Cigar, we celebrated our 50^th anniversary, and we celebrated it in a big way. Le Patissier is hand-made at the prestigious NACSA factory in Nicaragua with a Connecticut Broadleaf Maduro wrapper over a Nicaraguan Jalapa binder and long-fillers from Costa Rica and Nicaragua’s Ometepe and Pueblo Nuevo regions. With a rich medium-full-bodied profile, Le Patissier will treat the palate with a complex medley of chocolate, earth, baking spice, leather, coffee, and tobacco sweetness.
