Leading the charge for April’s Cigar of the Month Collection is the Avo Syncro Caribe. The concept behind this line from Avo is all about the synchronization of tobacco. With the Caribe, the synchronization of the growing regions in the Caribbean and Central America where the tobaccos used to create this 5 x 50 medium-bodied smoke hail from.

The wrapper utilizes a chocolate brown shade that’s made up of Dominican tobaccos. When it comes to the binder, you’ll find tobaccos from Ecuador. When it comes to the filler tobacco part of the Caribe, you have rich and flavorful tobaccos that hail from Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic.

Aganorsa Rare Leaf Reserve Toro has been a favorite of ours here at JR for quite sometime. So when we were coming up with cigars to include in April’s Cigar of the Month pack, it was an obvious choice to share our love of this Nicaraguan puro with you all.

This medium-bodied 6 x 54 Toro is comprised of vintage Nicaraguan Criollo 98 and 99 tobaccos. Other rare vintage leaves you’ll find throughout this cigar hail from the Jalapa Valley region of Nicaragua. These rare tobaccos all make up the wrapper, binder and filler of this cigar.

With a dark and oily Brazilian wrapper, this medium to full-bodied Toro utilizes Nicaraguan tobaccos for the binder and filler that hail from the master blenders farms and factory. Once lit, you’ll detect flavorful notes of earth, oak, leather, and coffee on the backend.

With an Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper cloaked over delicious Nicaraguan tobaccos that make up the binder and filler, the Joya de Nicaragua Antano Connecticut is one cigar that should be in heavy demand in your daily or weekly cigar rotation.

Once lit, you may detect a plethora of different flavor notes. Some notes that you may detect are toast, cedar, leather, and creamy finish in the final third. The Rocky Patel Vintage 1992 in the Toro is a medium-bodied experience with bold and complex tobaccos.
