The first cigar we’re going over actually hails from the great state of Texas. Robert Holt, founder of Southern Draw prides himself on his southern roots making him the man he is today. Expertly rolled in the box-pressed format by none other than AJ Fernandez, the master blender himself, the Jacob’s Ladder has a unique fragrance and blend that is just magical to the common smoker’s palate.

This 6.50 x 40 Lancero has a binder from Ecuador and fillers from Nicaragua. Yet, the part that features is American tobacco is the stunning Pennsylvania Broadleaf Wrapper cloaked over this smoke. 1. Andy Thomas says:

Great list, thanks for covering this. I love Charter Oak, My Father H-2k-CT and Monte White Vintage. I guess I have to try the Southern Draw Jacob’s Ladder – they sound delicious. I am a bit surprised not to find J.C. Newman The American. I’ve had a handful of those and enjoyed them. Although they tasted a bit like they could stand some more ageing. I’ve got 7 in the humi that have been cooking for over a year. Can’t wait to try one of those later this year.

    Great list
