The Exciting New Romeo 505 Nicaragua Cigar!

February 16, 2017

Romeo y Julieta, one of the most recognized and beloved names in the industry since 1875, is proud to introduce

Romeo 505 Nicaragua cigars. This new premium smoke that has set the stogie world on fire is a joint collaboration between Altadis U.S.A and famous Placencia cigar family. A first of its kind, these are the only sticks in the legendary Romeo y Julieta portfolio made in Nicaragua solely from Nicaraguan tobaccos. The cigar comes covered with a beautiful, smooth, dark brown Cuban-seed wrapper on top of aged binder and filler tobaccos from the fertile growing regions of Estelí́, Condega, and Jalapa. And, for those wondering where the name came from, the number 505 refers to Nicaragua’s area code. Now if this ever appears as a Jeopardy topic, you will know the answer! But I digress…

These flawlessly crafted smokes, currently available in four popular big ring sizes, fill the palate with earth, coffee, leather, spice, nuts, and the natural sweetness that perfectly aged Nicaraguan tobaccos provide. While savoring these decadent flavors, your senses will be enchanted with a rich and dense, woodsy aroma that is simply divine.

Adorned in eye-catching orange and black 20-count boxes with matching bands, these eye-catching luxury smokes just happen to look as good as they taste— and that’s saying a heckuva’ of a lot!

Destined to become a modern day classic, this highly complex medium body cigar has become one of the house favorites with all us “herfers” here at JR Cigar, and we are a very discerning bunch, so we just know that you folks are going to love them as much as we do!
