It’s a very intensive method but always provides a great draw, as the smoke travels through funnels instead of between each leaf.  He uses this method with a core of Dominican and Nicaraguan tobaccos.  These deeply aged tobaccos are then covered by a silky Ecuadorian wrapper and a sturdy Ecuador Sumatra binder.
