Crowned Heads Mil Dias Cigar Review

The Mil Dias is a cigar that is near and dear to Jon Huber, founder of Crowned Heads cigars. “Mil Dias” translates to “one thousand days”, which refers to the amount of time required to bring this project from fruition to completion. The project began when Don Eradio Pichardo and Luciano Meirelles introduced a new blend to Jon Huber. Little did Jon know that those samples would take them on a journey.

Mil Dias represents the journey of the relationship between Jon Huber, Don Eradio Pichardo, and Luciano Meirelles, as well as highlighting the fruitfulness of their strategic alliance. To create the Mil Dias, they all had to take risks beyond conventional thinking, and you can tell with each and every puff of the Mil Dias.

Mil Dias is cloaked in a stunning Ecuadorian Habano wrapper, with a Nicaraguan binder and full aged long-filler tobaccos from Costa Rica and Nicaragua. This delicious smoke provides a medium to full-bodied smoke with flavor notes of creamy smooth pepper, earth, spice, and dark roast coffee.

Manufactured at Tabacalera Pichardo in Esteli, Nicaragua, the Mil Dias is offered in four vitolas: Corona Gorda (6 x 46), Edmundo (5 3/8 x 52), Double Robusto (6 3/8 x 50, and Sublime (6 x 54)/ If you’d like to read the full press release from Jon Huber himself, click right here to check it out now and we hope you get a chance to enjoy a Mil Dias very soon.
