CAO Zocalo Cigar Review

CAO Zocalo

The limited release gem from CAO cigars is back! To start with the CAO Zocalo review, this cigar originally came out in 2018 in one, 6 x 60 size, with less than 4,000 boxes for sale. With a high demand to bring the Zocalo back as a regular production line, CAO’s brand manager Rick Rodriguez listened to his loyal fans and gave the customers what they wanted!

Zocalo is an homage to the very famous city square in the heart of Mexico City. When smoking the Zocalo, you’ll be experiencing tobaccos from all across the globe. This medium to full-bodied smoke is cloaked in a Mexican San Andres wrapper, with a Cameroon binder, and fillers that hail from Nicaragua.

Flavor notes featured in the CAO Zocalo are chocolate, cinnamon, zest, leather, and a tad bit of oak on the backend. A refreshing Margarita or Mexican Mule would be my beverage of choice alongside the Zocalo. However, if you’re looking for a non-alcoholic drink to pair alongside this dark, delicious gem, then I’d have to go with an iced cold Horchata.

Now available on our website, the CAO Zocalo is available in three sizes. Coming in a Toro (6.25 x 54), Gigante (6 x 60), and a Robusto (5 x 52), the CAO Zocalo arrives in a gorgeous-looking box of 20. So don’t waste any more time and stop by JR Cigar’s today and get yourself a box of the delicious Zocalo from CAO.
