New Cigars from H.Upmann
Altadis USA continues to have a big show while showcasing two new cigar releases from the legendary H.Upmann brand. This year marks the 175th anniversary of the Cuban heritage brand, and the team decided to celebrate it in style. These are the two most exciting cigars from H.Upmann since the H.Upmann by AJ was released two years ago.
To mark the tremendous occasion they have announced the release of the H.Upmann 175th Anniversary. It is hand made by the legendary AJ Fernandez in the heart of Nicaragua. It is a Nicaraguan puro that uses the highly sought after Medio Tiempo tobaccos. While the cigar will be released in boxes of 10 for the public, the Altadis team took a page out of the Cuban playbook by also releasing 50 limited edition humidors that will retail for around $1,250.
The next addition to the H.Upmann lineup is the powerful and complex H.Upmann Hispaniola Jose Mendez. It uses exclusive tobaccos grown by the Mendez family who are the minds behind the legendary olor and pilotico tobaccos found in an array of Altadis products. This new H.Upmann also features a stunning Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper for maximum flavor.
