Described as “sensual,” the Montecristo Platinum is a complex blend of Caribbean and Central and South American black tobaccos. Wrapped in a luxurious San Andrés-grown capa, it is silky to the touch and offers the smoker a dense, flavor-packed experience. This line is normally packaged in stunning presentation cabinets adorned with Michel Delacroix’s artwork, but there ended up being quite a few cigars left over with no finished cabinets to put them in. However, even in cellophaned packs of 10 like these, this is a cigar for those that demand the finest.
