The Obelisco is the final installment of the Artesanos trilogy, created to pay homage to the artisan cigarmakers of the El Credito factory in the Dominican Republic. The groundbreaking figurado shape of the cigar and the unique wooden demilune box were inspired by the iconic Monument to the Heroes of the Restoration, located above the center of Santiago.
