WRAPPER: Cuban Corojo BINDER: Nicaragua FILLER: Honduras/Nicaragua
Since the Cuban Exile’s reintroduction in 2000, these deliciously robust vitolas are now handmade and crafted in Estelí, Nicaragua. Prior to being dressed in either a light-brown Cuban Corojo or dark-brown Maduro wrapper, the zesty Nicaraguan binder is filled with a choice blend of flavorful Nicaraguan and Honduran filler tobaccos. Once they’re carefully hand rolled, these Cuban Exile beauties are aged to absolute perfection for approximately 6 months.
The resulting cigars are full of rich, robust flavors accompanied by natural hints of fresh coffee, earthy cedar, and spices. Available in medium to full-bodied strength profiles, a range of robusto and toro varieties, and an assortment of boxes and bundles, the Cuban Exile is an affordable quality cigar that will excite your palate with its enchanting flavors.

More for the Money
These are excellent cigars. If you didnt know better you might think you were smoking a high priced long filler cigar. They draw and, for the most part, burn well. The bundles seem to be out of stock a lot but, if you buy the box version, the price is about the same and you get 40 cigars. Trust me, you will smoke them all.
Glad I took the chance!
I smoked the first run of these cigars several years back and wasnt impressed at all. Well, apparently the manufacturer went back to the drawing board and created an outstanding revision. This Cuban style cigar was delicious. Especially accompanied with a dark Ale.. Yummy! And the best part is if you let these rest in your humidor for awhile they are as good as any super premium cigar that I have smoked.
I must have gotten a bad box. I have smoked a few. Not a good draw and very poor burn. Based on the ones I smoked I would be embarrassed to give one to a friend.
Great full rich maduro flavor but construction issues
These cigars are at a great price and have great full rich maduro flavor, among the very best, but they occasionally suffer from inconsistent construction [INVALID] although I would ordinarily overlook that for the value they represent.
