One of the best damn cigars on the market, well, at least for me. Smoked my way around the worlds humidor, every country, blend, vitola etc etc, and this smoke will ALWAYS be in my humidor, from now until eternity. Not for the faint of heart, but loads of flavor, very consistent and at an exceptional price for a cigar this good. I have a mountain of empty boxes so I have the data. I prefer the EMS Cuban Corona, just ordered more yesterday, but have smoked the entire line EMS and Maduro...just damn yummy. If you are an old school full bodied cigar smoker...you have to try this cigar. PS The petites are a FANTASTIC quick smoke...
This cigar is so mellow & smooth that I found myself wondering if it was really a full bodied smoke , do not be deceived , it is. Easy draw with lots of smoke & even burn but does not smoke hot. Great spicy flavor & aroma. Holds a firm 2 inch ash & does not get that full bodied heaviness at the end. This stogie made it to my top 5 list & will always be in my humidor.
One of the Best
The more I look around, shop around, and smoke the new, up-and-coming best hot cigars, the more the earthy richness and well-balanced full flavoring of these timeless tobaccos tastes like an old and trusted friend. Theyre tasty, with an even burn, complex, reliable. Its not the best cigar Ive ever smoked, but its close.
an underated gem
I think along with the Nat Sherman line of cigars that these are some of the finest tasting smokes pound for pound ... dollar for dollar...shhhhhh...dont tell anyone...
